The second time we have stayed, so we know what to expect. Easy, just book, arrive, and check in. The spa works well, our room has cutlery and milk in the fridge already. Overall fairly quiet - no road noise as we had our room "down the back" on a single level only, with a private outdoor area, too cold to use on our stay. Just the normal noise with motel cars and guests arriving and leaving.

If anything, just a bottle or two of cold water in the fridge would be a nice touch. Perhaps a reminder to guests not to reverse park, fumes aimed and pointing right towards our door, but some people have no idea about considerations for others.

Booked the Executive King Room and it was fantastic! Plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/family area, two bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other with a King double), a bathroom with separate toilet, and laundry facilities. Everything was neat and clean and very comfortable. The restaurant also served very tasty dinner and breakfast options. Very happy with the stay!

Shower was located in a small bath arrangement. This had very high sides which were difficult for my elderly wife to manage to get into the shower.

We liked the size, cleanliness and comfort of the room. The location was great, not too far out of town, but not too close. We liked the pool and barbecue facilities and had a barbecue one evening.

There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like, except the room didn’t get cleaned, possibly because the label flew off the door handle in the wind. It didn’t get cleaned again on the Sunday because it’s not cleaned on Sundays (I understand that’s a policy) other than that there wasn’t really anything.

The Manager was welcoming and recommended dining options. The room was clean, had a microwave, crockery, cutlery and there was a table and chairs The bed was so comfortable. This room was room 10 with a king bed and a single. I would have prefered a couch instead of the single but we booked too late.

The new power switch is a welcome addition but was only on one bedside table. If you need one on the other side you will need an extension cord or find the power switch hiding under the bedside table

extremely clean and felt like i was the first to use the room, dinner in the restaurant was (and i relayed this to staff) the best meal of that type Ive ever had, this will now be my preferred place to stay

I honestly cant fault it apart from the web site says they don't provide breakfast but they did on the morning I was there, It was a buffet and i also could not fault it....I guess the coffee cups could be a little bigger but its not a gamer changer

Great location - easy to explore the surrounding areas. Room was large enough for us to spread out comfortably for our five day stay. We liked being able to park right in front of the door.

Every time we went into the front office, we were asked if we wanted to eat in the attached restaurant. It must have been a slow week pre-Christmas and they were eager for business. But it was very off-putting to be asked every time. The staff was great and helpful except for that.

We can’t complain as we got upgraded without even asking! This was very thoughtful and really demonstrated their commitment to customer service. The motel itself was very clean, well appointed with all the mod cons including a nice pool and palm tree landscaping.

It’s not an issue but the walk into the main hub for shopping/restaurants is about a 10minute walk. Otherwise it’s a short , 2 minute drive.

The staff were wonderful, and my stay there was great 👍 100% The reason for my stay was for a memorial for my Dad who passed away. After such a long drive 🚗 on Thursday from Wollongong to Mildura, I was exusted so I was so happy for a lovely room, and a comfy bed. I would highly recommend 👌 to anyone to stay with you. I will definitely be back again. Thankyou again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rooms are comfortable with everything we needed.

Unfortunately there was a local dog left in a neighbouring garden all night both nights we stayed. It barked on and off all night keeing me awake till 2.30am. Staff advised that it had been reported to Mildura Council several times.

Great location, friendly staff, room was larger than expected. Spa worked well. Great block out blinds in the front windows.

blinds next to the bed let light in as soon as the sun came up and it was beaming straight into my face. There was a designated area for smokers, but we noticed the staff smoking near the room during the house keeping round.
