We had two rooms. They were both spacious, really clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom is reasonably sized and has bench space for a couple of toilet bags. The towels were fluffy and spotlessly clean. There were bars of soap and basic shampoo/conditioner supplied. There are several towel rails and few hooks, so there's never a need to find a place to hang towels to dry. The spacious kitchen is almost a separate room and is well appointed (fridge, microwave, cups, plates, cutlery, a few cooking utensils), so if you need to stay for a few days, it's perfect. The aircon is quiet and effective. There are several opening windows so there's plenty of ventilation. The queen sized bed is comfortable. The location is really good. There are two big supermarkets (Woolworths and Aldi) over the road. There's an "award-winning" bakery nearby, plus a big breakfast/lunch cafe (excellent coffee), a nice Italian pizza/pasta place, and a Thai restaurant (although we didn't get time to try it), all within a few minutes walk. There seem to be more parking spots than rooms, so parking wasn't a problem. The staff were all engaging and friendly. We'd happily stay here again.

The room is 70's style chocolate brick and a bit dark, but there are several opening windows, so that helps. It's on a busy road so traffic noise is noticeable from pretty early in the morning.

We bought our own food for breakfast. Location was accessible and within reasonable distance to where we wanted to travel to.

I think the cleaners forgot to put a tea towel in the kitchenette area to dry the dishes/cutlery we used. However I always take a tea towel in my luggage.

Clean room and facilities, good pressure on the shower and nice hot water .

I booked a room for my husband and I and my 14 year old daughter . Was a double room with a Sofa and spa. Once we arrived there was no sofa or even a standard couch in the room. This was a bit disappointing as she had to sleep on our own blow up mattress . I didn’t notify reception as we were only staying the one night .

My room was super clean my shower was so hot the toiletries and coffee in my room was really good But My breakfast in my room the next morning was delicious and really good price I will stay here next visit Good job Rodney motor in 👍

Even though your on a main road almost all the restaurants were closed but there is a Thai place down the street on the opposite side that was open and really good

Excellent shower, beds ,pillows and kitchenette with microwave, kettle and fridge. Swimming pool a bonus .

Air conditioner not working and reception closed when we arrived so unable to have anyone check it. Challenging when 38 degrees C! Stale cigarette smoke odour in room.

The staff were the best Raj and his family are a asett to the business and that beuitefull Aussie cleaner hun Ur the best cleaner I have seen ever anywhere the room was fresh clean and crisp U a assett. To the motor inn five star thank U for making our stay so enjoyable we will be back.

There was nothing to faulter .at all

New Management took over this week. The new manager I'd never met before even welcomed me on arrival by first name which was nice. Reception now open when its used to be always closed.The spa in my room which has been broken for months is getting fixed.Rooms were cleaner than before and communication with management was excellent also unlike before. Overall the accommodation was noticeably improved which made my stay hassle free. Best of luck to the new Management i hope they keep up the new good standards.

Road noise at night but my room is close to the road.

Nice and quiet despite being on main road. Room was very clean and bathroom had good water pressure. Little kitchenette area was great for our four day stay. 5 minute drive into Shepparton. A supermarket just across the road was an added bonus.

Very small pool (just enough to wade into to get wet).

Loved the room. It was very user friendly. Bathroom was fantastic with the spa bath 🛁 Absolutely fantastic that afterpay was a payment option. Very close to amenities as well, walked across the road to the supermarkets

Would have liked a breakfast option deliverable to the room.

Good location. Good size for overnight stay for a family.

Air conditioning was not great. Wouldn’t want to stay here on a boiling hot night. Pool was being used for a religious ceremony, so we were unable to use it. This was disappointing since we deliberately booked accommodation with a pool.
