We loved the room we had suited from my husband and I. We travelled down from Sydney and the communication between myself and the host/owner was fantastic, I informed we will be checking in later due to us driving and they provided clear instructions on where they would leave the key for us. We stayed for 4 days and 5 nights and it was great, close to everything convenient, quiet, had everything you would have at home available to use. We also had room service to clean our rooms and there was a day where we didn't need it cleaned so it was great they asked. Thank you for letting us stay with you and next time we return we will deff stay with you guys again.

Nothing, everything was good for us

Clean and reasonably well appointed, comfortable.

No hair dryer, or heater. The main problem was that Booking.com implied that Yass was essentially booked out, quite untrue, looking at nearby motels, and my only chance of a room was booking a 2 bedroom apartment, $40 more than a standard room. I’d already paid, when the receptionist asked why I, travelling alone, needed a 2 bedroom apartment! She gave me a smaller unit, which would have cost $40 less, but it was too late to change the cost. So why does the website do this? They also indicated that this motel was booked out for the next two weeks. In future, in Australia, I will phone the motel direct.

The hotel would have been quite trendy in its day, it is clearly dated, but is spacious with new linen and a new big screen TV. We found it very comfortable, cannot argue with the price and the location is good. It was also very quiet, with easy parking. There were spare pillows and plenty of coffee sachets, also a little complimentary shampoo and conditioner, which we did not expect for the price point. Great value.

Just didn't know how to work the TV. It was on foxtel I pressed a button and lost everything. No a huge problem but it might be for the next guest.

I liked that it was spacious and the accommodation had a pool.

Old facilities you had to go via foxtel to watch anything. The accommodation was noisy you could hear the resistants next door child screaming.

Nice large tv & comfy bed. Was able to check in later in the evening, staff were helpful when i needed them.

I’m not sure it could really be helped at this time of year but there were a fair few earwigs and a couple of crickets in my room.

Comfy, quiet (except when going out at night for a smoke) but being on the main street of town your going to have noisy hoons.

Room was smaller than expected, couldn't open the door all the way as the bed was right behind it so had to make more trips to take stuff in and out. The fridge froze our breakfast yoghurt and drinks, and the toilet had minor flushing issues

The room is basic, but has everything that you might need - the tv is easy to sync to, the shower pressure is good and the bedding is comfy. The heater is old school but it works very well.

Great value for money. Bed was very comfortable and linen/towels very clean.

No issues. Property is a bit old but you get what you pay for. Would happily stay here again.

I’ve stayed there before

I clicked pay at place and the money was taken out before I got there after I clicked pay at accomodation. no receipt was given to me. which was a let down seeing as last time I paid at counter. still have not got a receipt for my stay !
