It was quiet. Easy to get to. It was convenient for the things we wanted to visit whilst in Melbourne. There was a convenience store in the service station next door which was great for buying small things we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

There was a microwave but no dishes to use to heat or eat food.

It was clean and tidy. Everything worked as it should. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. There was enough cooking implements to cook for myself.

They didn't clean the room, change the linen or empty the bins in 8 nights. I didn't expect them to do it every night, but I did expect a cleaning and linen change at least once in the week I stayed there.

Location is good. Rooms clean.

Very limited attendance at the office - everything closes about 6pm. Seem to run the business as a hobby. Have been to Nunawading Motel quite a few times over the years. Pool is never open. Staff are inflexible as to arrival time, which has caused us to have to go elsewhere in the past. You get the bare minimum here, which is fine if it was more reflected in the price.

Location, customer service, facilities and room all excellent. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and practical. Gardens well maintained.

Pool was not as easily accessible for someone with mobility problems. But great pool

Nice clean an tidy rooms, felt homey and the receptionist was absolutely great. Waited for us to arrive a bit late in the night to check in, called a couple times to check in when we were arriving etc. once arrived she was very friendly, helpful and clear on all info. Had no issues. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others!

Only small feedback is the pillows are a bit hard and the covers are like hospital ones and when you move around at night it sounds like there’s tarp inside it.

Rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Located on a busy road but we didn't hear anything. Supermarkets and a variety of places to eat within close proximity as well.

The lights in our room were not all working which made the room very dark.

Maybe could use a microwave in each room. It was Easter and most shops were closed for food. Could have cooked a cheap microwave dinner instead of ordering in pizza

Ease of check in, friendly staff, good sized room. Washing machine and the pool were a bonus. Grateful also for the fresh towels on our second day.

The locations was great for me,Ihad taken my wife to the public hospital and had to be there by 7pm ,the motel was only a 10 minute drive away.

The path up to the room was arkward for one with a disability.

Very quiet, with double brick walls. Really comfortable bed. Servo and all night food truck just over the side road.

It is dated, a good solid old 70's motel.
