Great location and comfortable room which was good for multiple nights. Enough space for the three of us and good cooling which helped with the warmer weather. Lovely staff when we saw them, and an apology when what was promised couldn't happen. Lovely restaurant onsite.

Rooms were advertised with balconies, but the balcony was too small to even put a chair on which was a little disappointing. Room service was promised each day but didn't happen once because staff weren't available. Breakfast in the restaurant was lovely but a little pricey.

Good location, had the king bed with the spa was a great room with great view and on a hot day aircon was great bed was super comfy and staff were friendly also

The price for a what you get is a little steep, but for what we needed it was still good only saying about the price as I help run and have a family business in the Grampians and our cheapest room that is a budget room all renovated with full size fridge and cooking facilities and microwave etc for $110 a night has more facilities then this $225 a night room for something that did have an amazing bed and aircon but only a kettle as kitchen appliances and a very small mini fridge.

right on the foreshore with a bistro attached to the property (food was excellent) the bed was very comfortable. was exactly what we needed as a one night stop over during a road trip.

water out of the taps tasted terrible (same in the bistro) to us it was undrinkable but coincidentally they had 600ml bottled water waiting on the bed side table for $3 each(none in the fridge cold on a 35 degree day). When our own water bottles that we’d brought with us had run out during the night we discovered the water issue so had no choice but to crack the now warm 600ml bottles as it was a warm night and paid for them on at check out. I wouldn’t typically have a problem over this kind of situation but there were signs everywhere about them “becoming more green” so only doing room cleans on request/water saving tips/etc. The shower head & pressure wasn’t the best but we were only here for one night during a road trip so overall what we didn’t like really wasn’t a big deal.

Property is right next to the water front. Beautiful view in every room. I am sure it will make your day when you wake up with a stunning view like this one. Rooms & Toilets are clean and tidy. Staff are wonderful, polite and responsive. they go a mile extra to make you feel comfortable. will come back again when I visit this town.

There is a handy restaurant on-site that is suitable for any meals required. The room was sea-facing and thereby provided a pleasant view. Parking was easy and handy to the room's location.

The hot water was a little slow coming through in the morning. I had to run it for some time before the hot water came through.

We where woken up 1230am on our last night of staying in the motel by a group of men yelling at each other trying to bring a big boat into the car park when there was no room in the car park to park the boat they should not have brought the boat in they ended up parking it in the driveway blocking the driveway not acceptable to other people staying in the motel as well .

Our accommodation was conveniently close to local family members - where we were gathering for 'one of those occasions' that routinely reunite family. The Motel room was our base providing us the space to come and go at leisure. In truth we only showered, changed and slept there.

I prefer latex pillows with the option of several densities to be available. Unfortunately for myself this is rarely the case. As usual I resorted to rolling a flat lifeless polyester fill pillow into a log - securing it inside a towel rolled tight round it. This is only way I can achieve the neck support for a side sleeping position. Anyway!

Good location for an overnight stay on the way to the Great Ocean Room from Adelaide. Located near the water was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Getting the luggage up the stairs was cumbersome. If one has lots of luggage, reserve a ground floor room.

Great view. Quiet room. comfortable bed. very clean. Kevina was entertaining conversation, she made us smile at the end of an exhausting day. Meals were delicious. 10/10 PERFECT

We watched the manager walking around barking orders at staff. By the time we had finished dinner she had found some common courtesy.

Low cost. Great facilities. Nice staff. Comfy. Great views from the upstairs room!

Dining service for breakfast at the cafe took a while, but I understand they were understaffed.
