The location was appropriate. The cabin allowing for a pet was convenient but on the website (Booking.com) it would have been helpful had it mentioned that caravans were allowed with pets also. We could have saved a lot of money by bringing our caravan.

The complimentary chocolates were old and melted (not edible). The kitchen could do with an upgrade including pots and pans. The cooktop was very sad. We also noticed while walking bare foot in the unit, our feet became black from the floor having not been mopped for a long time.

The location, comfort and affordability all met or exceeded expectations, but I was there for work not to enjoy the tourist/holiday maker aspects so can't comment on them. It is a very well presented and laid out and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The shower was magnificent, like standing under a waterfall!

Regretably in my cabin the wi-fi was very poor, making even the simplest email responses time consuming and streaming impossible as 'band width' issues prevented using Teams or Zoom. Watching Netflix was not possible during the evening as I assume more people came online. As a holiday maker I probably wouldn't care, but as I was there for business, this was a problem.

The location was great a bit noisy with the traffic, specially in the morning, the wildlife was great.

Would have been good to have the codes for the ablution blocks and games room, even though I was told you have a toilet in your cabin, but when you're walking the park nature can call when unexpected plus if the shower is being used you're unable to use the toilet in the cabin. The pool table had no balls. The caravan park grounds need attention.

Every thing , Tge close proximity to the beach the swimming pool. My venue was close. The cabin was spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was excellent

I booked for two, then extended to 3 nights. I went and asked for milk. The option was to purchase a litre,so I went without . I sort of expected, the provided milk and sachets of tea and chocolate powder would be replenished. However, they were not nor were the towels .

Nice cosy, cabin, friendly staff, quiet and clean grounds, family friendly atmosphere, pedal carts to hire, had a Santa and grinch for the kids around the Christmas period, added a nice touch,

Upon arrival, the floor in the cabin needed a decent mop, but apart from that, we loved our stay, couldnt fault it. 😀

Really lovely site, relaxed and friendly staff, well within budget and even though it’s a budget option there was still a lovely atmosphere and care given to the amenities and activities on site.

Very little to criticise, we were pleased overall.

Lovely setting in the trees with enough space between everyone and close enough to everything I needed. Place was well maintained, The cabin I had was extremely clean! Comfy bed! Best part was to sit on the balcony and look out to the grass, tree and birds. Nice way to end the day!

Great location with plenty of shade trees, good laundry with modern washing machines, beautiful hot showers, good comfortable mattress and kitchen was suitable for preparing light meals.

Cabin walls a bit thin, floors a bit noisy when walking around late at night front office lady was was a bit short when I checked in. Gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day.

Location to where i was working was fantastic. Nice quiet park, no issues.

I came up with a rash on my arms after the first night in the bed. Whether it came down to an allergic reaction to what the sheets are washed in im not sure. This did dampen my trip somewhat.

The overall site was tidy. We needed assistance with a plumbing enquire and staff fixed the issue promptly.

Being surrounded by smokers. We could not open our windows PS sit outside. This should not be a problem in 2024.
