Really enjoyed our stay here. Steve and team were excellent hosts, cherry on the cake was was the free laundry facility. Well appreciated after 3 weeks on the road. Great location, walk to everything you need and more. It’s our 4th time of staying in Fremantle and this will be our return go to as and when we can return. As others have mentioned, noise from drinkers outside can be heard at the weekend but that’s not the venue’s problem. Very clean room, had everything we needed plus that little bit extra space that a regular hotel room can’t give. Nice way to finish our trip off in Australia.

Would give 20 stars if I could! Absolutely brilliant stay, loved everything! Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean accommodation - we stayed in the two bedroom apartment with massive balcony overlooking High Street. Huge bathroom, super comfy beds, Steve was so friendly and showed us to our room while providing lots of local tips. Parking was very convenient and the free laundry facilities were exceptional. Walking distance to IGA supermarket, Freemantle Markets, Freemantle Prison, Roundhouse (the sunset was spectacular) and all of the other local attractions including Rottnest Express ferry departure point. The location has great ambience with music from the local record store and pubs creating a great vibe - really welcoming and joyful atmosphere. We all slept very well and enjoyed the spaciousness of our gorgeous apartment! Hope we can stay again one day!

Location of Rialto Suites was fantastic! And even though our room over looked High St it was very quiet. 20 minute walk to Cruise Terminal .....if you don't have too much luggage! Sealink to Rottnest was close by , train station 10 minutes walk away for a 30minute train into Perth. Parking on site too. Loved the deco .....Steve was helpful and still working on the place but we heard no noise. Monica was very welcoming and lovely.

No safe. no ironing board and iron in the room. There is a great communal laundry downstairs though.

Cannot be beaten on location. Easy walk to anywhere in town, as well as to the ferry. Great apartment generally, very cool, balcony large and fantastic. Lovely little balcony off the main bedroom as well. Beautifully renovated. Large bathroom - there were 4 of us and it was fine.

The window coverings - let to much light in and being in the middle of the town, street lights were a problem. Very noisy - but this is more to do with the location. The pillows on the beds were appalling but the spare ones in the cupboard not to bad

Superb location which is within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, 7 eleven, book stores, Fremental Market and Shed B Terminal to Rottnest Island. Exceptional service from Steve and Monica who promptly respond even after checkin hours and weekends, not to mention entertaining our late checkout request. Last but not least, this is the first accommodation I have encountered who provide laundry and dryer at NO charge. Thanks a lot, Steve and Monica!!!!

Location was brilliant. Walking distance to most things-multple food options, shops and sights. Lovely heritage building with a lot of character and charm. Awesome frangipani tree in the courtyard! Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Owners were friendly and hospitable.

Just a minor thing, the air conditioning fan speed was hard to control and adjust especially while trying to sleep. It's LED temperature gauge illuminates the room at night time when on.

Loved our stay we didn't want to leave. We will definately stay here again. Monica was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival. The reception area was beautiful with all the old brick work showing & the antique items around. Very welcoming feeling as U enter the place. We were shown where everything was on our way being escorted to our room which was unexpected but a great thing. The room was exactly as described. Lovely and clean. The balcony was private & a nice size. The tv was a lovely big size nice & clear with access to all the channels available. Free wifi was an added bonus & we were both connected the entire stay & didn't have problems with the connection at all. The bed was very comfortable. Maybe add an extra towel for each person (incase the towels are very wet) as I didn't think 1 towel each for a stay longer then 24hrs is enough but that's just my opinion lol. It was peaceful and quite which was unexpected with the location. Parking was easy enough to get in & out of. We didn't have any problems with anyone or anything. The other guests we came in contact with were all polite and friendly which also made the stay great. Access in & out was easy and location is almost perfect alot of venues nearby to eat at and venture to.

My only thing would be not enough little milk capsules for the coffee etc. And I kind of didn't like that there was only 1 towel for each of us for a stay longer then 24hrs 2 each would've been much better.

* We love the friendly and welcoming staff over there. Everything that we needed was accommodated :) * The place is so clean with everything you need is there! I personally love the shower box as it makes the toilet dry :) * The washing machine and dryer are such big help for long traveller like us! * Rialto is in the city centre! Just right across the street, you can have the amazing food at High on 55! It is so close to everywhere!!!

An old hotel with some parts recently renovated . 2nd floor looked very fresh & nice. Paying less, we had a room on 1st floor which was spacious with small clean bathroom and adequate kitchen supplies and table chairs etc. Bed was comfortable. Good laundry facilities on ground floor and nice outdoor area.

It was a bit dark in the room. Brown timber and only one window made it look dreary. Access through an old garage shed was odd but led to a lift. Once we had a room key we also had a door from the street to enter from with stairs up to both floors.

Excellent location with many bars, restaurants and places of interest nearby, and an easy walk to ferry terminal for Rottnest Island trip. Was pleasantly surprised to find Rialto has a free self laundry facility, which was wonderful after a few days of travelling. We are already planning to home back.

Just one minor comment - the room could do with a luggage stand.
