Room was spacious Pillows great Bed a little hard but found it comfortable by the second night Attentive staff. Always checking in with us. Gardens divine Breakfast great Coffee Nespresso - you could microwave alternate milks Towels were sooo fluffy Bath was sooo perfect Products were luxurious Afternoon tea at 3pm was a bonus Delightful scones and jam to take away on check out was so special. So quiet. Had the most relaxing stay.

We loved everything. Best accomodation down south.

Attentive staff with great breakfast. Perfect location on main road from Margaret river surf each to town but set back from road which makes it private. Central for access to everything Margaret river has to offer. Self laundry with one washer and dryer available for guest use between 9am and 7 pm.

Bed was very hard with little give. Disappointing given quality of place but given a mattress topper on request which improved it greatly.

The breakfast was excellent. Tea in pot would have been nice. Garden and surrounds were lovely. Staff were excellent. Very clean room and bathroom. the Building is well maintained.

Daily newspaper would have been nice. Personal amenities like shower cap would have been good. TV was too big for the room. A small mini bar would be appreciated.Room smelled a little musty on arrival.

Spectacular gardens, amazing breakfast, lovely old Manor, well appointed rooms and facilities. Helpful and lovely staff. The little extras really made the stay enjoyable, such as great selections of coffee and tea available anythime to enjoy in the conservatory overlooking the beautiful gardens. Delicious cakes for afternoon tea. Fresh baked scones on checkout to enjoy on our journey. All those little extras that made it a wonderful stay. I'd certainly recommend it.

If I had to pick on something, it was that breakfast started a little too late at 8am. If you had big day planned or tours booked that started early breakfast wasn't early enough and you'd need to rush it. Which is a shame because the breakfast is amazing. Location a little too far to walk to town, but it was only a few minute drive.

Lovely property with beautiful expansive gardens and pool. Room was beautifully styled, super clean, spacious with a huge modern bathroom. Staff were all so nice and welcoming from reception to breakfast staff to the gardening crew. Breakfast each day was cooked fresh to order and the scones we received on check out were delicious. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful manor, everything was immaculate! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was so nice and peaceful sitting in the conservatory for breakfast and afternoon cake overlooking the gorgeous gardens. The scones given to you at the end of your stay for your trip home was such a lovely touch.

I thought the room would have been more spacious.

Lovely setting. Gardens. Rooms were fresh and well appointed.

It was expensive for the facilities provided. There are very few relaxing areas to sit other than the garden or your room. Needs cosier relaxing areas especially when there are lots of guests. You pay a high nightly rate but have to go out for drinks dinner or bring your own to your room.

The receptionist was the star of the show - great check in experience, remembered our names when passing reception etc. Loved the extra touch of the scones as we left. Overall a wonderful experience.

Stunning room however would recommend the hallway light being on a sensor as was on all night. Our breakfast was overlooked & we waited an hour to receive it.

Parking and access easy. Staff friendly and approachable. Rooms spacious and luxurious. Breakfast superb. Gardens to die for.

Excellent breakfast, but no other meals available. Fortunately not too far from the restaurants of Margaret River. Apart from this, excellent in every respect.

The hotel was set in the glorious countryside, and I could watch kangaroos while eating breakfast. The staff were fantastic, nothing was a bother to them. Breakfast was first class and afternoon tea and cake a thoughtful little extra.

Needed a taxi to go out at night and the taxi firm was unreliable. Nothing to do with the hotel, simply an observation.
