Friendly receptionist upgraded us to larger room.Liked that the lounge area of the accommodation overlooked the pool.We had only booked an overnight stay but the apartment was kitted out adequately for a longer stay
Although I appreciated the safety necessity of the two fire doors fitted to access both ours ,and that of the neighbouring apartment ; the heaviness of the doors meant they were quite noisy if you weren’t mindful when you entered or left, so maybe a notice to be mindful could be attached to the outer door? Other than that , a table lamp or floor lamp would provide a softer lighting option in the lounge area.

Excellent location situated at the end of town. A short walk to all facilities including a good pub, steakhouse (excellent steaks!) and lovely Italian restaurant, as well as shops and grocery store. Centrally located to visit vineyards and beaches within the region. Room was overlooking reserve and very quiet with balcony. Shower was really good, although you had a big step in to the bath to access - caution needed for less mobile. Housekeeping was great and serviced the room daily even washing up our cups and plates which was appreciated. Pool was slightly heated and salt water. Really good size with seating and loungers. Generally quiet when we were there and great for a dip after a hot day out and about.
Bed was a bit bouncy... Could feel every movement my partner made but still pretty comfy once you got used to it and not a deal breaker. Although advertised as an apartment the studio option had no kitchen and was more like a hotel room with general crockery, however a microwave was in fridge cupboard and kettle and toaster were supplied in the wardrobe cupboard to plug in on the table. The larger apartment next door may have been different but ours was like a standard hotel room with added appliances. The only bathroom light was connected to a noisy fan so you either fumbled around in the dark for a night time wee or woke everyone up in the room. Could have benefited from a night light or separate mirror light as there were no windows in the bathroom.

Superbly clean and comfortable. Huge bed, Netflix and the best water pressure I have EVER had in a hotel. Perfectly located to be able to explore the Town Centre on foot. Very quiet and private although there are heaps of apartments within the secure complex. First time staying at this property, but we just found our new go to for MR accommodation. Looking forward to returning.
Actually cannot fault it. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the thought of provisions the studio had. No kitchen, but offered cutting board, kitchen knife, tea towel, microwave and toaster… very clever.

The room was very adequate for our needs , lovely view out of window , peaceful location was very central to town that's why we stay there. Reception kadt was lovely and our room was ready early which was great . Pool was useful too on our first day !
The noisy doors on the rooms and outside door , people need to consider other guests as the doors are very noisy when closing , I understand the doors are heavy, fire doors but if you just let them go they bang and are very clunky/ loud , at 6.3o am on a Saturday and Sunday morning ! Maybe there should be a sign up to remind people ! , also can you hear the showers running from adjoining rooms , also very early from our neighbours . Never noticed it before in 1 bed room apartments ,only in the standard rooms . Maybe because the bedroom is not next to the entry doors.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived until we left. The rooms were a decent size and well equipped. The swimming pool was clean and a good size with sun loungers, chairs and shade. Reception also provided towels for the pool which you could collect from the reception. It was a short stroll into town with a few nice places to eat and convent shops to service you’re needs.
The very small fridge froze just about everything we put in there. It wasn’t big enough or effective. I found the shower awkward to get into as it was in the bath with a glass screen in the way. There was a hand rail on the wall to hold on to but it was a bit of a stretch for me to reach comfortably.

Location, proximity to restaurants, shops, IGA. All bedrooms were comfortable, linens good. Kitchen fairly well equipped, but we did not utilize it, due to later arrival. Pool was well heated and very clean. Bathrooms had good products. Very clean.
An espresso or Keurig with coffee supplied would be a reasonable expectation for the cost point of the townhouse. Also two of the bedrooms did not have side tables or lamps. There is room for at least one in each room.

The location is perfect as you can walk anywhere in town. The bed was comfy and the shower pressure was good. The pool area was good. On the smaller side but it wasn't very busy. Our balcony was incredible as was the view of the garden and forrest.
Our neighbor on night one did make a lot of jumping/thudding noises which wasn't ideal but it stopped by 10:30pm. They had small children so didnt want to complain. We could hear people in the car pack from our room early in the morning. Rooms just arent noise proof I guess. A few Christmas beetles in our room despite everything being shut. Not sure where they came from but we put a towel down along the bottom of the front door and we didnt get anymore.

Comfortable bed, clean, use of pool, nice shower, good quality toiletries, kettle, plates, cutlery, fridge, microwave, kettle in room - great for short stays.
The reception closes at 6pm and there was no advice notice on booking.com about what to do after 6pm. Luckily/by chance we made it before closing but 5 minutes later and I don't know how we would have gotten into room as booking.com did not mention that the reception is unmanned in the evenings.

We always tend to stay here as it’s in the centre of town so everything you need is on your doorstep. Settlers Tavern is literally 2 mins walk for a great dinner, you can walk to the bakery for breakfast and even to the Saturday Farmers Market. The rooms overlook the bush so very serene in the morning to have a coffee watching the wildlife.
Could do with new pillows they’re a bit flat and also please have coffee bags not Nescafé instant coffee! I understand Nespresso machines are costly but just some coffee bags would suffice!!

I loved the location. We did a lot of shopping so it was handy to be within a short walking distance from our accommodation. Our room overlooked the forest, which was so lovely to look at from our balcony. The room smelt clean as soon as we walked in, and we noticed it was throughout the whole room and bathroom. There were so many viewing options on TV, although we spent most of our time on the main strip or our balcony. The staff were so friendly, especially since I had previously turned up to a confirmed booking at another hotel through booking.com that turned out to be overbooked. I was nervous about using booking.com again, but the staff messaged/ emailed to confirm and put my mind at ease. We decided to return next year and bring our families to use the tennis court and heated pool, which looked fantastic.
I would've liked our rooms to have been serviced(beds made, dishes washed) after our first night.
