This is an absolutely stunning venue!! We felt like we were abroad not 35 minutes from home. We had a king delux room over looking the stunning gardens. We ate lunch and dinner at the vines cafe and bar . Dinner was amazing. I had the pan seared barramundi and my husband had the steak sandwich. Cocktail menu was mint too and then outside there was live music from the Dinner singer. He sang a bit of everything and was excellent. Very kid friendly too. We didn’t bring ours (wedding anniversary) but we plan to go back with them. Breakfast was at the Muscat and is buffet style. There was everything you could want. Cereals, bagel station, continental and a full hot breakfast. No mushrooms though, I was gutted! 😆 You really will not be disappointed with this hotel or the staff there.

The most beautiful pool is not heated. Whilst this would be a welcomed retrieve in the hot summer days, it was freezing in August. The beds are also quite hard. My husband said it was really comfy but it was a little too hard for me. Personal preference though.

The pool area was great along with the pool bar. It was really nice to be able to relax and order a drink. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I was surprised by how quiet they are as well which was a bonus. It was lovely to see kangaroos around as we sat outside too.

Breakfast at $35pp is not worth it. The food was basic and underwhelming. Ashtray outside our room had not been emptied when we arrived so I had to dump a number of disgusting cigarette butts out. Room service delivery was very quick but forgot items on two occasions, and when I called to ask for the missing items I was told they would be sent but nobody came back.

Loved the pool and spa area and being able to buy drinks and ice creams by the pool. Also the size of the rooms were great for our family and they were also nice and clean. And it was great seeing kangaroos from our balcony every day.

The fridge in our room wasn’t cold and we couldn’t see a way to turn the temp down. Would’ve loved if the little shop by the pool opened earlier than 11 for people to buy coffee and a muffin or wrap- they would have made a lot of money if it was open as everyone was saying the same thing, Also if it opened later then 4pm, as the pool area was still very full and people wanting to buy drinks.

It’s very well maintained and plenty of fun for kids Pool area is lovely. Rooms modernised. Staff very professional and kind.

Food options were limited and too expensive. No room service before 11am, so no option for just a coffee and croissant. Will pack my own breakfast next time. No simple meal options like sandwiches. All food and drink was over complicated and twice what it should be. Beds were too spongy and soft. Pillows to full and big. Pool area was congested with bogans - adults drinking booze in the shaded area and their feral kids running amok in the pool area. Clearly fifos off swing. Perhaps the area is not always like this and perhaps more classy people are there on occasion.

The room was spacious and clean - we didn't have much of a view unfortunately - looking at the car park and an old, run down tennis court! Previous stay we had a view over the golf course and could see the kangaroos and beautiful sunset! We had a lot of fun at the very realistic and challenging mini-supa Golf course - that was a great experience but very hot so we appreciated the little umbrellas at each hole! We were comfortable and enjoyed the stay by getting out and about in the Swan Valley. We were disappointed that Muscats was not open for dinner any more - that was unexpected, but again, we went out for dinner to Baileys Brewery and chose to go elsewhere for breakfast - The Guildford Town Bakery and French Riviera Cafe & Patisserie in Ellenbrook were awesome for brekkie! Had a nice dinner at the Vines Cafe on our second night but there did not seem to be much happening at the resort from an entertainment perspective which was surprising given that it's so close to NYE!

The pool was very cool in temperature, somewhat unclean around the edges and in the water (floating things) with some rowdy young guests at one point playing a rough game without regard for others so it was not relaxing or fun! We also didn't stay long both times we went as it seemed like some guests held the relaxing lounge chairs all day long.

Beautiful room, we were very happy. The only issue was that I accidentally took one of our room keys home, I called reception to let them know i would post it, I had the card as I wanted a swim before I left but they checked me out while I was in the pool - needed room key to access pool, this is why I forgot to hand it in when I collected my things and even though I let them know I was charged $120 that night and I've returned the key asking for refund but have not been refunded yet. I don't think the lady on reception could actually understand me. I'd like the 120 refunded please

The issue with room key and being charged 120 bucks

The room was great and the patio area looking out to the vines was really nice. Bed very comfortable and the room was big. We had dinner at the cafe and sat outside as was a warm night - food was great and there was live music which we enjoyed.

We were on the ground floor and the balcony over top us was wood with small gaps so bits could fall between the wood above onto the area we were sitting in. We had a smoker above us - which smelt horrible, and we ended up going inside as it spoilt the lovely time we were having on the patio.

This is the 2nd time in 8 months for us, first time in April was for our daughters wedding. The team at the Vines are absolutely brilliant our daughter’s day was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Our 2nd time was December for a family friends wedding elsewhere. We had 2 days and the food, rooms and staff once again were brilliant. Would recommend the Vines Resort to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a wonderful stay.

Not a thing.

I like the location. It's no far to travel to. The rooms and facilities are great too.

Checking in was slow, there were only 2 staff checking people in and rooms weren't ready so we had to wait for an hour past check in time for my room to be ready. Others were experiencing this too. No compensation was given which was a shame. Even a voucher to get a free drink while we waited would have sufficed.

The hotel is immaculately clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The room and bathroom are very spacious and tastefully decorated. We had patio doors which opened on to a patio that was so convenient for access to the pool area. The food in the bar was good and not too expensive. The wildlife was fascinating.

I felt the corridors to the rooms were too open and there didn’t appear to be any security.
