Room was easy to access, Parking was fantastic. Reception Desk Staff were very approachable and assisted with coming and going from Property.

No Knives/Forks/Plates in room. The Price of the room considering (Yes it was my choices from booking com.) But when I rang up the Desk to see if I could get a better deal, they basically said that the price they gave me was it. I stayed 3 nights the first stay and then returned back to Perth from Qld for 2 nights. We are returning back in June 2025 but when I got the price for 3 nights of $811 for 1 room but as I was bringing another couple, it was going to cost another $811 for another room.. I refuse to pay that sort of Money and so did they, so I/We have decided to go else where to The Broadwater Resort Cosmo for 3 Nights in a 2 bedroom apartment we got it for $889.20. The couple who is accompany us is from QLD.

Room was very spacious and clean. It was well-equipped with air con, a kettle, toaster, microwave, hob and fridge. Bathroom was also large and was stocked with plenty of toiletries. The on site restaurant served delicious food and had a large selection on the menu. The pool area was well maintained and our son enjoyed splashing in the toddler pool. We were particularly impressed with the hotel's Go Green initiative, whereby, if guests choose to skip a clean in their room, they are rewarded with a free drink from the hotel bar!

The only downfall is the hotel's location on a busy road - you can hear the traffic. However, this did not disturb our stay at all.

The room was way more spacious than I expected and very modern considering how well priced it was! I especially liked how you could change the configuration of the room with all the sliding doors e.g. opening up the bathroom to see the entire room or just closing it off. Since I was a solo traveller I kept it open to feel more spacious. Enjoyed the pool area, heaps of available chairs and choice of shade or sun and lovely sized pool.

The breakfast was quite small for $20 + $5 room service fee. It was a continental one with choosing the options but the servings were tiny except for the drinks that came with. I was expecting a croissant that was a full size not miniature. Wasn't the end of the world but wasn't full after spending $20+ on it and had to eat again quite soon after.

Perfect location when flying overseas as we have to travel up from the country and the hotel is just a short drive from the terminals. We stayed here at both ends of our recent trip and would recommend it. Nice room, comfy bed, good block out blinds and a lovely restaurant at the property which we used both times. We also had undercover parking for the room we stayed in which was great.

The heavy glass sliding door which did both the shower and toilet was difficult to use. Our toilet's half flush function didn't work but this was reported to staff at reception who I assume would organise repairs.

Only stayed a few hours between flights but handy location with free airport shuttle bus, when available. Clean, comfortable bed and good sized room. Staff were lovely.

Very noisy exhaust fan that would not turn off.... not enough to interfere with sleep though. I attempted to lock in a transfer to the airport on checkout when I booked and was told to book when I checked in. When I attempted to do this I was told the shuttle was full and I then had to pay $32 for a taxi to the airport. Considering this service was a big factor in booking this hotel I was rather disappointed.

Room was large. Comfortable bed and pillows Lovely shower. Nice to have a kettle in room to make coffee at 2 am. Loved the bus shuttle from airport to hotel. Friendly staff in reception and restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic. Coffee great as well.

Only one thing wrong with the hotel. There was no where to charge you phone with a usb charger. Plenty of power points to charge it with socket. But not everyone have an electric charger.

Room was a good size, bed was very comfy, clean and modern, good water pressure in shower, good cooling, wasn't noisy considering how close to highway, nice private outdoor and pool area (although we didn't use it), ample and secure parking. We ordered room service, and it was hot and fresh and tasty when we received it, and it was delivered very promptly.

Uber driver couldn't bring my order to my door - I had a migraine and had to go outside in the light to collect it from reception :-( Maybe in the future power points will upgraded to include USB points, would save us having to carry a power board to charge all the devices! (although number of power points was good),

I did like the convince of the location. Close to the city. Easy access to the freeways. I also liked how super comfortable the bed was.

I didn’t like the difficulty of finding a car park. You had a long truck that took up ample parking. I didn’t get directions on how to locate my room upon checking in. I did also find the evacuation at the time to be poorly communicated. We weren’t told when to come back in I didn’t see any fire wardens. You could see other people clearly not bothered and happy smoking on their balconies. People were all scattered outside and some near the assembly point but where was the check in

The staff at reception were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was great. My room was on the ground floor, so I didn't have to drag my bag upstairs. The small courtyard was lovely for a quiet cuppa in the morning or at night. Breakfast was excellent value for money. I ordered from the menu and couldn't finish any of the meals (large serves). This is the second time I have stayed here. I will definitely stay again. The free drink for not cleaning your room daily is a great innovation that I used.

I had a different room this stay. It was clean and comfortable but in need of renovation.

Easy check in, staff pleasant & questions answered. room was nice and clean, tea/coffee available and other amenities available. Pool and restaurant great although I didn't use them this visit.

I was given a room next to the entrance which meant I was constantly woken up by noisy patrons coming back in the early hours. Also when I returned to the hotel at midnight there was no security or anyone at the front desk, I was able to walk right through the complex with no challenge at all. Also my TV kept reverting to small screen even after the maintenance man fixed it.
