Bran new hotel and facilities. Really enjoyed the decor! Location is great with a metro stop just across the road.

I don’t understand why many new hotels still include a TV in each room. Seems so unnecessary. Can’t find anything else to complain about since everything was great!

Our stay in the hotel was great and faces my family expectations.

Breakfast was one of the best I had in a hotel in my life: the food, the staff, and the modern and pleasant environment of the restaurant. I would recommend it to everyone. The hotel generally is very pleasant to stay in and since you can get a drink or a pizza 24/7, great place to stay awake in the night, to have a casual business meeting or to have some food for kids for families.

To enhance the rating for the hotel room, consider addressing the inconvenience of the separated toilet by integrating a sink or handwashing station within the toilet area. By doing so, guests won't need to traverse to the bathroom solely for handwashing purposes, improving the overall functionality and convenience of the space. This adjustment would significantly elevate the guest experience, ensuring seamless comfort and ease during their stay.

From the moment we walked into this hotel, we were absolutely impressed! The property was spotless, well-organized, and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic that immediately made us feel welcome. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. We stayed here on December 24th, and since much of Vienna shuts down from the 24th to the 26th, the hotel truly became our home away from home. They accommodated our large group of eight, including two kids, by providing a quiet room at the back, which was thoughtful and much appreciated. The bar was another highlight of our stay. The bartender went above and beyond by recreating my favorite drink perfectly it was an unexpected and delightful touch! To sum it up: if you're visiting Vienna, stay at this hotel. The exceptional service, attention to detail, and overall experience make it a standout choice.

WIFI was not working properly. It was ON and OFF all the time, which made me use almost all my internet roaming.

Breakfast is what you'd expect to get in a hotel, plus a mini-pancake machine and a juicer and a plenty of apples and carrots right next to it. Unless you stay here for weeks, there's no reason to complain about the variety. The hotel is nicely situated, few hundred meters from two U-bahn (metro/subway) stations and just opposite of one of the big city parks (Donaupark). The building is very green and modern, the spy style fits it perfectly, and while well accented it's not at all intrusive. The restaurant garden is a great place to relax, and the restaurant itself is very climatic, the light becomes dimmer and dimmer as it gets dark outside and time passes. I'd say that due to that and the greenery all around, it's quite romantic in the evening. The food and drinks served there leave nothing to be desired. Rooms are nice and comfy, so is the bed. The fancy radio-looking thingy that you can pair with your phone and play your own music is really great. Staff is friendly, smiling and helpful. It consists mostly of young people.

There really wasn't anything to dislike. One could point out there were no fridges in the room (not like they were mentioned in the room description) but they got around that by putting vending machines near elevators. And since tap water in Vienna is drinkable, you don't even need to buy anything, should you find yourself thirsty at the hotel.

I stayed at this location when it was formerly Park Inn. It has been totally remodeled. I like the room, it is very modern and because of my meeting the location is perfect. And it is close to the U Bahn station so you are a close train ride to several areas of interest. I pre-checked in so that was very smooth. My few interactions with the staff were very pleasant. I have an upcoming trip to Vienna and I am almost certain to return.

The only issue I had was that when the room is cleaned the curtains are left open. I can understand this, but sometimes the light is on. You can look into the room from the street. I could see that for my own room (by my approximation).

This was a joyful discovery, opposite a train station three stops from the centre and in an up and coming conference centre type of district. The room was decorated in a masculine style and was spacious, comfortable and quiet. At 21 euros for breakfast we didn't partake but there are options nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel had a great vibe. Tea bags can be obtained from reception which was a bit of a faff, to have a small supply in the room to accompany the kettle would be welcomed. All in all though, a great hotel at a very reasonable price.

Brand new hotel, nice and contemporary design, efficient communication prior check in. The bed is also very comfy. Easy parking in the hotel garage. Seems there is a nice outdoor sitting for the warmer days.

The staff at the breakfast room is not very friendly. I have not included the breakfast during the booking process, but I have changed my mind and decided to join one of my business partners for the breakfast. Immediately after entering the breakfast area, the waiter was treating me almost like a criminal when I told him that I will pay separately for the breakfast. Insisted on immediate payment, hardly allowed me to sit down, no smile, no 'thank you' nothing... Definitely needs some training how to talk to the guests. On the other hand, the bar staff the night before was extremely nice.

We loved this hotel, the location, the friendly staff, the price (bang for our buck) and the breakfast--everything--so very much! It was a short walk from the metro and there were great restaurants, a pharmacy, post office, etc. (everything we needed) nearby. I enjoyed working from the restaurant and the outdoor patio at night and watching the Olympics on the big TV screen at the bar. My husband was able to work from the desk in the room, plus the hotel lent him a proper chair to use since the room just had a stool. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, plus a great shower. The lemongrass scented soap/shampoo was delightful as well. This was the best place we stayed by far (out of six) on our Europe trip. Highly recommend!
