The room was clean and spacious, it had a mini kitchen and a coffee machine. We stayed at a one-bedroom studio that's perfect for our group of four. The bathroom was big and clean and sparkly. The sofabed was comfortable. They have laundry service, and when the machine brokedown and we had to leave for our tour the staff took care of our clothes in the dryer. It's a nice walk from the station -- you'll walk through a park and a church. There are shops in the neighborhood. Locale was great and it's a few minutes walk to the Prater. Would recommend this for groups and families.

It is a bit different to find the hotel, hard to recognize. The hotel is very new, the room was excellent.

It was not mentioned that if you don't reserve parking place in advance, they cannot provide it. We had to park on the street for 2,5 EUR/hour. Parking fee have to be paid from 8AM to 10PM and you have to renew it in every 2 hours. Around 30 EUR/day... CRAZY! As the hotel recently opened, the kitchen for breakfast was not yet available so we had to walk about 600 meters to another hotel to have our breakfast. This was also not mentioned in advance. Kind of not fair.

The staff are friendly. The apartment is clean, renovated, spacious enough, with high ceilings and good soundproofing. The bed is comfortable. The garage is big enough but expensive.

I would have expected a bit more for the price. No hot water before 8:30am and after 9:00am. The bathroom only has a shower, not a bath. Apartment has no balcony. The safe in my room was too small for a laptop, locked and therefore unusable. The room has no air circulation system. The breakfast is solid, but for the price it could include more fresh, local and homemade dishes. The garage is big enough but expensive.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything my family and I needed for a week. Great location for work (at the VIC) and very convenient to reach the center (direct u-bahn, four stops to Stephansplatz) and to the airport (one stop to Praterstern and then a direct train). Lot's of places to eat relatively near (walk or 1-2 stops on U-bahn).

The only thing I can suggest could be improved was the temperature control on the shower in my room. It was plenty warm temperature for me, but it didn't seem to go any cooler, and was juuuuust a little warmer than comfortable for my son, but not enough to cause a real issue. Just a little odd.

The location is perfect for access to IAEA, but also this is just 10-15 min from city center by metro. Quiet, clean, comfortable and safe - all you need for a perfect stay. Very polite, helpful and always smilling staff at the reception, we asked to exted the check out time by 30-45 min, no problem and free of charge. The appartment has well equipped kitchen, spacious living area, clean and comfortable bed. It might sounds funny, but I love the soft towels :-) Plenty of grocery shops, backery just opposite. I will recommend and will come back if in Vienna next time.

The place is very clean and located conveniently, not in the very center. The front desk is manned with kind and helpful staff, they had the answers and guidance for us each time. The room is clean and fully equipped, there's always hot water. Dani

The only weird thing that this hotel has are the "half floors", for example if your room is at the eight floor, you take the elevator to the seventh an go up half-stair flight. Not very convenient with heavy suitcases or a stroller. This is the only inconvenience we encountered.

Nice apartments with well-equipped kitchenette, TV in each room, with some complimentary tea and coffee provided. 24-hour reception and the staff was great and very helpful. Close to a subway station on the U1 line, which makes it quite convenient. 15 minute walk to the Prater.

Almost no cellphone coverage on level -2, there is Wi-Fi but it becomes quite slow when more apartments are booked and people are online in the evening hours. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but it did not feel unsafe.
