Breakfast was super complete - little space but very big choice. The sauna area was surprisingly big and offered different types of saunas which was great. The hotel has also very good location, very close to the skilift with an ski-in option.

The furniture in the appartements would need an update but everything is very functional. For older visitors a lift would be a valuable asset.

Clean and spacious renovated room (appartment). Free parking.

we were informed breakfast starts at 8 (actually it started sooner), but in general quite late as slopes open at 8.30. no staff at reception when we arrived…warm welcome would be nice

Very nice hotel, with plenty of rooms, parking space and a nice bar. Easy to find, close to the highway. We had to do a last min booking and was happy to get there. The staff waited for us till we arrived, it was quite late at night.

The information shared by booking.com is not accurate. We booked 1 apartment for 3 and 1 apartment for 2. The apartment for 3 is actually the one for 5, we could have fit into the same apartment all together, as a family of 5. But the information and limited pictures, didn't help and we had to book an additional room for the 2 eventually paying extra. This is definitely not helpful with limited or no pictures available for the smaller apartments.

facilities were okay and the breakfast was good.

staff was very unfriendly, didn’t speak English and most of the non-managerial staff didn’t speak any German either. heating had to be turned off centrally and couldn’t be adjusted in the room. reception was almost never staffed. Towels weren’t replaced for the first 3 days

The apartment was in an excellent location, within walking distance of the chairlift. Fully equipped ski storage with boot heating possibility. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room, living room, and balcony, two sleeping rooms, we found no faults with the accommodation. Near the apartment, there is a very well-equipped grocery store where they willingly sold us goods, including fresh bread, even half an hour after closing time.

Unfortunately, a big disappointment for us was the behavior of the lady at the reception. Throughout our stay, we didn't need to address anything; everything went smoothly. We left with the feeling that we would certainly come back. Upon returning home, we unfortunately realized that we had forgotten our packed ski boots in the ski storage. Since returning, we have been trying to contact the lady at the reception. We asked acquaintances who are going to Austria to pick them up. The receptionist has been very unwilling from the very beginning. We repeatedly called everyday and wrote several emails (in English and Deutsch) including photographs of the boots. The lady kept repeating that she didn't have time, that she had plenty of guests, even though going from the reception to the ski storage just means going down a few stairs to the ground floor. Now she doesn't pick up our number at all and doesn't respond.. It's a big disappointment for us.
