The location is perfect- right in front of the hotel there is a supermarket. The apartment is well equipped. many facilities for children. My children were very happy to wake up in the morning and meet the horses and the rabbits, and when they went to sleep they said goodbye from the animals.

We didn't see the host the entire stay, though we did texted her and she immediately answered. and she was really nice in the phone.

1. Location is awesome. 2. The rooms are quite big. 3. There are plenty of attractions and games on premise: like bicycles, trampoline and a small children playground which our children enjoyed very much

1. The rooms and overall facilities feel kind of "old", although well maintained. 2. It's a bit noisy, despite facing a street in a very small citt, but you hear quite well every passing car and every person talking outside.

The location is excellent, right at the entrance to Flachau, in front of the apartment building is the MPRIES supermarket, we got rooms on the top floor with a gorgeous view, the hostess was kind and answered every request, in the basement of the building there are playrooms for small children, and for the older children there are ping pong and billiard tables, you can do laundry and use coins purchased locally.

Great hotel. Located at the entrance of town, easily accessible. Grocery store across the street and several restaurants in town. Great room. Great kitchen, fully stocked so we could cook dinner in the room. Great view. Very clean. Ana our hostess was perfect, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Nice facilities, free bikes, ping pong and pool table. Everything was great.

We loved our stay very much. Maria was wonderful, worm and kind. We get evry things we needed. The apartment was very clean &well accessorized. The location is good and near all the ways you need.

Very nice aparthotel in Flachau, with saunas, children's playroom, and games room where you can play billiards and table tennis. The apartment was comfortable with refurbished and well-equipped kitchenette. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is a ski bus stop very near, and the supermarket is just on the other side of the road.

Anna is amazing!! Other than that the facilities like kids playground were exactly what we needed and my kids really enjoyed spend time there. The apartment was cozy, clean and well organized.

Location is perfect. The room was big and clean. It included everything we needed. We extended our stay from 4 to 8 days. Anna even invited us to Pony ride at a nearby farm
