Very nice hotel with a pleasant staff. Strategically-located, nice breakfast with an overall positive vibe to it. The silly review requires another sentence so here's another useless sentence; hope you enjoyed it.

Ants in the room, which the room service remained agnostic of. Wet towels weren't replaced during every visit of the room service, and rubbish wasn't promptly removed. I guess that's the only caveat for improvement.

They have smoking areas, 24/7 reception (which for me is a huuuge plus, as I work US times), really really nice and professional staff, flexible check-in and check-out times, and my room was perfectly clean. And as a plus, the hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The tram stop is literally a one minute walk.

Room was a little cold. Didn't bother me too much, though, so I didn't ask reception. They might've been able to fix that. There was no Red Bull in the drinks machine downstairs.:( (obviously this is like whatever haha, just joking:))

Good bed and bathroom. Amazing breakfast, they always bring/fill again the things that are at the end. Tram stop very close to the hotel. Reception is 24h available.

One of the receptionist was not too gentle and patient. One of the days that the cleaning staff did not exchange the glasses. The gym was not a gym, for a a 4 star hotel it was a joke, only a very old bike.

The cleanliness, the staff at the reception (special mention goes to Fatima who went out of her way to help us), the staff at the breakfast restaurant & the buffet breakfast which was outstanding. The hotels close proximity to the shopping district was also very good. The only disappointing aspect of the stay is that the a/c wasn't working and we didn't sleep too well.

Very nice staff with efficient, quick service. Rooms pretty spacious, with space to sit and work (if needed). Everything clean and nicely prepared for check-in. Rich breakfast with choice of foods for any preferences. Easy access by car is a big asset.

Weak free wi-fi (but if you travel for vacations this has a minor impact)

people at reception and breakfast place were very nice ,polite and friendly! the room was very clean. great breakfast (plant based yogurt/milk) lots of fruits. variety of choice:-)

the room had strong smell of perfume and we needed to keep open window quite long. as it was not cold outside,it was not comfortable. Also, I could not take hot bath as bathtub was not clean (when you touch, you feel that it is not smooth but due/scale was there) and water was not hot. taking shower was not comfortable with low temperature water.

clean and comfortable room, bed. nice bathroom, I could take bath with pleasure. Breakfast is incredible: the have salmon, Brie cheese, blue cheese, a lot of fruits, crispy small croissants. breakfast I would rate 10000/10 room was so quiet and silent (windows from inner yard)

One of the best breakfasts so far and you will be pampered with a good spread. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel needs to look at their bedding policy when it comes to offering 3 adults in a room.The room is big to accommodate a 3rd adult bed but given a child's bed instead. Otherwise, it will be a perfect score.

Location in close walking distance to Graz' town center; or directly at a tramway stop for those too lazy to walk. Clean rooms, Excellent breakfast. Very attentive reception staff.

The parking situation around the hotel isn't the best. Breakfast room was very crowded.

The breakfast had many, many healthy choices and a great variety of food. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helped us with many tips about where to visit, shop and restaurants. Housekeepers were very efficient and friendly and the tram stop was right outside the hotel.
