I expected less for a 2-star hotel. Everything was clean as it should be, breakfast was also good. Also - one bus station is across the street and another one around the corner. You can buy ticket on the bus or in mobile app GrazMobil. All in all - it's excelent value for money

There are some bad parts, of course, but nothing earth shattering. For example - light above bed was not working and the filter on the faucet in the bathroom should be cleaned, as the water flows in a sideways jet. But this things are expected in cheap hotels.

What I would really place as an advantage at first is that there is possibility for late check-in if you let the office know soon enough and second the location of the place is on the crossing of the two main highways, so you don't have to drive any far from the Exit in order to get quickly on the road the next day. Well recommend for short stay.

It was clean and had everything we needed.

When we arrived they forgot to mention how to get in the building after a certain hour (I think after 23 pm) and nobody asnwered the Phone to let us in when we came back from the City center. Luckily, we found the back door of the building open and we managed to enter.

Unfortunately was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. There was urine on the toilet seat when I arrived, which indicates a lack of thorough cleaning and attention to detail. This is unacceptable for a hotel of any standard. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to improve their housekeeping standards.

Staff was very helpful. The entrance & restaurant will be beautiful when completed in Nov 2024. The included breakfast was good. Parking OK.

IKEA sryle twin beds were very hard & unforgiving. Felt I was trying to sleep on a doctor's examination table. No ice found - & front desk closed @ 2200, so no opportunity to ask.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and quiet room with everything you need including mini fridge and safe as well as soap and shower gel. Daily housekeeping, ample free parking for hotel guests, excellent value for money. No frills breakfast with fresh rolls, toast, ham, sausage, butter, hard boiled eggs, cheese and yoghurt & cereals. Large supermarket in walking distance, public transport to town center close by.

People expect too much from budget friendly accommodation. There are no negatives if you expect a decent location, nice staff in older hotel with budget friendly price.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was used a little more so it was wobbly.

When we paid for the room online, we also paid a tax per person for 2.5 EUR per person. We were also asked to pay the same fee again at the hotel.

Great value to price ratio, clean and comfortable rooms. Parking available, great neighbourhood with a lovely Italian restaurant just next door.

Breakfast could be a little bit more up to current standards (even in the low budget segment).

I liked the room - basic hotel room, with everything you need. It was warm and cosy. I liked the breakfast option, even if I missed it. There was parking space just infront.

I was prepared, since I had a smoking room - there was a tobacco scent. Might be too far from the city centre, if you don't have a car.
