We booked during off season so the hotel was relatively quiet. Upon arrival, we were surprised to have an upgrade as Mrs Maya was generous enough to give us a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with the most amazing view!! Fantastic Finnish Sauna with real stone, very plush and quality feel of the property. Our apartment/suite had everything that we needed and more so short or long stays will be super comfy. The staff was very hospitable, kind and thoughtful. Absolutely want to visit the property again soon, could go on and on about the place.

Maybe could add some vegetarian options for breakfast :)

We arrived right before the reception would close and we had a great welcome and a nice surprise that we got an upgrade to the suite!!! The suite was so spacious with 2 bathrooms and a bathtub on the terrace outside with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet is so delicious! Prosecco is included and you can order eggs and pancakes fresh. You can also make your own fresh juice. We also like the sauna area where you can add a scent to infuse the water and make the sauna steamy. Amazing restaurants in Kaprun in walking distance like Hillberger‘s Beisl. Skibus a short walk away. All in all, an excellent relaxing experience, this was our second time and we will be back!

Everything was great!

Excellent helpful staff checked us in and showed us to our room. Free car park with plenty of space for us. Room was very clean and comfortable. Zell am See Summer card was one reason we booked this property and we made full use of the offers. Free soft drinks provided in the room.

Our room was on the ground floor so the balcony and room didn’t offer as much privacy as we would have liked. A thin privacy screen for the curtain rail would be a great addition to the room.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Loved the location. The kitchenware was clean. I didn't need to buy more kitchenware. I liked the private Sauna and private outdoor Jacuzzi. Clean towels and bathrooms. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Poor cleaning under the beds. When I checked-in, I found used underwear under a bed. The kitchen is not part of their daily housekeeping. No Air conditioning but they gave us small fans to cool the rooms which was noisy but reduced the heat.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is really nice. We stayed at the standard double room. It was tiny but so clean, comfy, and cozy. The place is quite and truly amazing. I also liked that they had Rituals products in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and professional. We had a great time here and we’re definitely going to visit Austria again and stay in any of the alpin family hotels again. I would like to add that we had a flat tire problem at Kaprun center. We weren’t able to get any help because everything was closed. We reached 24hotel by Avenida and asked the reception for help. They helped us immediately with no hesitation and the problem was solved!

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and I can only confirm this establishment can be set as a top example for the hospitality sector. Customer experience approach of all team is exceptional - they will do all they can to make your stay outstanding. It goes without saying the facility is top notch - rooms are modern, hotel is well situated in a quiet area, sauna is a plus and breakfast is varied and tasty :). For me its the personal approach of the team which makes the difference - from an excellent hotel to a superb place to stay, which stays in your memory … Reinhard, Martine, Maja, Dori, Gyorgy, Mirela and all the team - thank you, I will be back ;)

There is nothing I didn’t like ;) But as there is always a space for improvement and upgrade ;) - I would suggest installation of a cooling tank in the outside area of sauna - this would be great especially in the winter.

Everything was very nice. The stuff very helpful, they gave us summer cards for free (we didnt even expect that) - and trust me-this summer card is kind of golden in that area, so we really appreciate that. The breakfast was great, they prepare fresh eggs as you wish. #spoko

Its not exactly about the property, but what significantly influenced our stay was the huge amount of Arabic people around.. I have nothing against them, but they were everywhere. It was almost rare to see an European. They are quite noisy and following their culture.

The staff is honestly exceptional, and our stay was amazing! and a bonus was the summer cards were provided for the family so we were able to access most family-friendly activities, by walking distance or 5-10 minutes by car and enjoyed a very memorable time!

The suite was smaller than expected so that is something to keep in mind if travelling with a large family.

I can only say positive things about this accommodation. The hotel is very nicely done, new, modern, but stylish and fits well in the mountain scenery. It is bit further from the center of Kaprun but still in a walking distance. But above all we were really treated greatly. When we arrived we were told that they upgraded our room from normal room to suite for no charge. On top of it we were allowed to park in the inside parking again for no charge. The breakfast was also excellent, we even did not try all what was on the offer, like fresh juice, freshly made eggs of your choice etc. And in the afternoon when we returned from skiing we could enjoy light snack - a piece of pie with tea or coffee. On top of it a small present when we were checking out. So all very pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is cozy, everything feels like it’s brand new and super clean. There is a fridge with drinks and a nespresso machine which I really loved. The breakfast was amazing, so make sure you plan some time to enjoy this, from freshly made eggs to your liking, to squeeze your own fresh juice, Prosecco, fresh fruits, different cheeses and breads and you name it. Staff is super friendly and helpful and I would really recommend it to anyone. The town is only a 5-10 min walk and Kitzsteinhorn parking is a 8 minute drive away. There are also some walks to discover right behind the hotel, which me and my dog loved.
