Apartment was exceptional clean, the bathroom was big, there was an elevator (very appreciated when you are at 3rd floor), and Sepp (I believe he was the owner) was extremely nice!

There was no microwave in the kitchen and not enough pots and pans (one large stainless steel pan with no lid, so we had to by a small non-stick pan to make our scrambled eggs).

The localization and the comfort of the apartment were brilliant - shop 5 meters, city center 20 meters. Parking for free at the door of the apartment. Elevator. The apartment was spacious - two bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen and a dining area.

Mattresses definitely need to be replaced. Localization good but noisy - the main roundabout in the city.

The apartment is large and spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was clean, the kitchen has all the utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher. Towels were changed daily. The apartment is in a great location close to the shop and bus stop, 5 minutes drive to the Kitzski lift and 10 minutes to Skiwelt.

Very spacious. Comfortable furniture. Great bed. The two 'sofa beds' in the living room were very comfortable adult beds. Very central location. Dedicated car park next to the apartments. An unexpected bonus was the free train pass. The station is a few hundred yards away.

Our apartment was fine but my cousin stayed in another part of the building above the nightclub and had to use earplugs. Although her son's 'liked the tunes'.

They upgraded to a 2-room apartment in the main building. The apartment was large, comfortable and very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The building has elevator, ski room and parking dedicated. Very good position, central, with the ski bus station across the street and a supermarket in the back of the hotel. We received also the Kitzbuhel Alpen card.

We liked the central location and the big apartment with lots of space. We loved it as it was right in the town centre and yet quiet to sleep

The TV didnt have many english channels but it was ok The bathroom was spacious but could do with a little refurbishing

Excellent location, a charming view facing the mountains, very spacious apartment, a free at-the-door garage, and a quite reasonable rent!

The only downside is no washing machine, and the TV is not smart

The apartment was much bigger then we expected, it was very, very clean and it was equipped with everything that we needed for our staying. It had an elevator so we didn't have to carry our luggage up the stairs, and good spacious parking. So far it was the best value for the money during our 3 weeks trip in Austria.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Before arrival we were a bit suspicious about the stay (according provided photos) but we got a better appartments than we imagine. We were staying at the building that is close to the main Kalswirt building. The owner was the cousin of the main owner. The appartments were fabulious - brand new, stylish, spacious. We even had our own terrase with mountain- view! Perfect clean, good quality of furniture, amaizing view, separate space for ski, close to the city center.

Mattrass was a bit too soft for me but it is a matter of taste

The apartment was very nice, very clean, it is large and well divided for a family with several members, the kitchen is fully equipped and also very clean You can do a lot of activities in the area, the hosts also offer the Kitzbuhel Alpen card which provides discounts to the local trains and cable cars We would love to come back! we felt great, like at home!
