So much to like. I love how it's been a family run business for 100 years. How Christian was there to greet us and helped with our bags. How the decor was so "unique", the awesome breakfast, how the location was perfect, and how we got a little gift when we left. So far it's been the highlight of our trip.

Nothing to complain about at all. I have read the reviews combining about noise from the attached casino and for one night we could hear this faint thumping in the background. Had I not read the reviews I would have had no idea. It certainly did not keep us awake.

Excellent location in the heart of Kitzbuhel - 5min walk from the main ski lift, and close to great restaurants. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful (big thank you to Tibor from reception). Breakfast was delicious — definitely recommend you to try the scrambled eggs! Sauna and steam room were very well-maintained — perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. Our room was spacious and well-heated with clean and modern bathroom; very comfortable beds too. Look forward to returning again!

The location of the hotel is excellent for access to the town center and ski lifts. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of bread, meats and cheeses, etc

The view from our room was disappointing as we were put into a room that just looked into an enclosed area with views of the ventilation ducts etc.

Very friendly staff. Clean and warm facilities. The breakfast is delicious and someone would look after you and make an amazing coffee. For skiing only 5 minutes walk to ski lift would be sufficient. The trainstation is also 5 minutes away. So no need for a car.

I booked 4 month before, prices were ok then they became really expensive. The floor could be noisy since there is a door between every 2 units. The door was locked but still you could hear a lot.

Superb stay in a stunning hotel. Great location. We had an excellent room which was big and had a big sunny balcony all day.The sauna and steam were fantastic and they were flexible with our checkout. Very clean and the hotel decor is rustic and cosy. Good value for money too.

As it is so central, it can be noisy at night and in the morning when school children are nearby. The breakfasts were good generally, although it would be good to have had more pastry options and the ability to toast the bread. No Shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms.

Great staff, very nice breakfast buffet and decent rooms. All in all a great stay in Kitzbühl!

Parking address is not well found with google maps, gotta know the correct roads to arrive to the hotel parking for check-in. Tablet computer used for check-in is very slow

Very well located close the slopes and the town. The staff though were the highlight for us.

The only critique I would make is that the room was somewhat dark and some more lighting would be helpful.

staff were very helpful and accommodating. Staff helped us out with an issue we had with our room, they made our stay a stay we will never forget

the pictures of the room are not the room you are getting- there is a wide variety of rooms, some better than others

all was amazing, hotel building is beautiful, rooms charming, location just perfect, friendly and supportive people working in hotel, great breakfast... in summary top class stay in this great hotel, we come again 100%..

The location, vintage Design, the view from the room was amazing ! The whole experience ,it feels like living in a castle ! Excellent breakfast with many vegan options.Biker friendly !
