We only stayed for one night, but it was a delightful and comfortable experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day perfectly. We would happily return for a longer stay whenever we visit Linz again

I always read reviews before booking a hotel or making a purchase. Some reviews mentioned an unpleasant smell from the rugs at this hotel, but my one-day experience was entirely different. Everything was fresh, clean, and well-maintained. I have no negative comments to share. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality service, even for a longer stay maybe. Although my experience was limited to just one day, it left a very positive impression.

Everything there was perfect. The hotel is on a quiet place next to the small park, near to the main train station. In front of the hotel is tramway station which you will get to the city centrum. The city station is very close (in walk distance). The Standard room is big enought, the bed is comfortable, bathroom is big and nice too. Everything was clean and nice. I can definitely recommend the breakfast in the morning. A lot of option and everything was super tasty and fresh. The is a small and quiet caffeee in the hotel with view to the park. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. You can not choose better !! Thank you for everything.

Great place to stay while visiting Linz. Hotel has a great location, next to public transport and with lot of shopping possibilities. Our room was spacious, comfy and really well equipped with welcome food & drinks, which made our stay even better. Having our own private infra sauna was just an icing on the cake. Breakfast was fine, had everything needed with let's say "austrian standard", which I always look forward to while staying in Austria. Hotel provides private parking in underground garage, with a discount for overnight guests. Parking spaces are a bit too narrow, but managable. Hotel staff was easy-going and welcoming, all our requests and questions were answered without hesitation, while aiming to solve them as best as they could. Will definitely come back again!

Our room was very big, on the sixth floor and windows on two sides. Big comfortable bed, dressing gowns and slippers. Bathroom was huge with a bath and twin basins. Cafe was good and staff and food were very good.

Unfortunately our air-conditioning was not able to function on warm and due to rain and cold we were quite cold. Staff told us it could not be fixed till after the weekend. The shower door did not close properly and we needed to wedge a washer in in it to stop it opening.

The hotel is basically situated in the heart of the town and an easy 8 minute walk from the main railway station. Restaurants, cafes and bars are very close. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The extra large bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. As part of our accommodation package we were offered some free drinks in the hotel bar. The wifi was excellent. The hotel allowed us to store our bags prior to checkin free of charge which was great as it allowed us more sightseeing time.

Had a nice room on the quiet side. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Delicious breakfast and good area between the main station and the Hauptplatz. Staff was helpful.

Wifi has some limits, you can't access certain sites :)) Should have a newer TV for this price range. Restaurant a bit pricey and nothing special.

Super breakfast with hot dishes. Variety of fruits, etc. Spacious rooms, very clean linen, WC-toilettes spacious and clean. Reception staff polite but formal and not super friendly to foreigners. Yet, breakfast staff was unexpectedly friendly and smiling, making a good start for each day.

Walls, carpets and some furniture need to be refurbished. I am not fond of carpets really and that was in reality the only thing I did not like in our rooms. Also, I would exoect a special better daily rate for the car parking as there were many empty spaces in the parking which by the way is shared with that of the casino.

A very nice, modern hotel in the center of beautiful Linz. It´s close walking distance from the main attractions. We had an excellent breakfast at the hotel, there was a huge selection and everything was of good quality and fresh. You can park in the underground garage for €18 per night. It's not the cheapest, but at least you have your car safe and close to you. Just pick up the ticket from the machine and then pay at the reception by check out, then you have 15 minutes to leave. The room is sufficiently equipped and so is the bathroom (towels, shower gel, hair dryer,...). If we ever go to Linz, we will stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was located near the tram station in the city centre. Also the main railway station was not far. The bed was comfortable as it was a real double-bed and not 2 beds next to each other. The bathtub was big, although a bit old. There was (an empty but working) minibar in the room and a lot of grocery stores nearby.

The bathtub was old, therefore it was not possible to clean it properly everywhere (under the glass, in the corner etc.). We did not have a breakfast, because it costs 19 Euro per person.

Sam hotel je sasvim ok za cijenu koju sam platila, osoblje na recepciji profesionalno i na usluzi.

Lokacija u samom centru, dosta buke dolazi iz obližnjeg parka punog sumnjivih osoba, prosjaka i pijanaca. Parking za automobil je ispred na otvorenom bez video nadzora, nije ugodno ostaviti automobil.
