It is not more, not less that what you expect from an Ibis hotel. I always book Ibis because the sheets are clean, pets are allowed and the price is fair when traveling as a family. It was a good night sleep after a full day driving and I'll book Ibis again

It was cold in the room. The stuff told me that it's because the room is on the corner but actually the heating didn't work at all. We received two electric heaters which did the job but with these kind of heaters the air gets really dry.

Breakfast was awesome, staff customer service as well. The staff very sociable and speaks English. Nice dinner as well. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Safe car park, plenty of space and free

It needs to be refurbished, the pool area, bathroom a bit run down, just the room aesthetic in general could be better. That’s the reason I gave them 9 out of 10

A nice, affordable hotel situated in a good, quiet area of the city. If you arrive by car, you have free parking spots in front of the hotel. The hotel is at around 200 meters from the tram station, where you can take the tram to the city center, a 15 minutes ride.

Maybe a better cleaning of the room and common spaces and a fridge in the room.

The rooms are nice and large, clean and well maintained. We got late in the night and there is 24h reception, this is good for the ones not knowing when they will get to the destination given traffic issues. Breakfast was great and quite rich.

The bathroom needs a refresh since some of the appliances feel old

Tidy rooms, very willing personnel, spacey bathroom with fancy light accents. Hotel has pool and sauna, which we haven't used. We got good quality sleep after room exchange.

Noisy AC which we were unable to turn off. In first room we got a very creeky/noisy bed. After changing room we got a proper bed, but leather of armchair was worn out, had many crackles that sticked on clothing in huge quantities. One more elevator would help.

The hotel was easily accessible by train. We were able to visit one side of Linz using the train. With snow welcoming us in the early morning, the travel to Altstadt & right towards Solar City was very memorable one for sure! The staff were very very helpful & kind. Thanks to all.

Ibiz hotels were  the most number we stay during our last visit. It may so this time around!

Nice room, very cosy. Staff is very police and ready to help. Very nice bathroom with ambiental light for relaxing. Breakfast was very delicious. Free parking, which is a good bonus.

Everything was really good, maybe a small refrigirator would be nice, but as we came in November, there was no need for us.

We stayed at Ibis for one night, on our way to Italy. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Our children got a little gift when we were leaving. Breakfast was ok. :)

The room we got was generally fine, but it's in need of renovation.

The room was decently spacious for a family of 4 and a dog. We always liked that you have a vegan and non-vegan option for breakfast. The free parking is a good asset as well.

Close to the highway, Safe neighbourhood. You can park your car safely. There is a small swimming pool. Clean room, friendly staff
