The place is spanking new, clean and stylish, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was super-comfortable and the breakfast in the typical plentiful Austrian style. An underground car park is literally across the entrance and accessible from within the hotel, even if it isn't particularly cheap.

The single gripe I have is the combination of non-opening windows and an A/C that was not just clearly audible, but also inefficient, together making the otherwise very comfortable room stuffy. I arrived late and it was December, so didn't want to go through any attempts to correct that, but in summer temperatures some remedy would probably be unavoidable.

We really liked the central location of the hotel, yet in a quiet little street. It was a 5 minute walk to the main square, tram stop 2 minutes away, great for public transport. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the huge, comfortable bed in the room. The air conditioning worked great. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection to choose from in the morning. We loved the special jams. The refreshing lemon-mint water and apples at the reception was a great idea, and the water vending machine was great, we could bring cold water and sparkling water to the room in the bottle provided.

We arrived on a holiday, the hotel was full, the next morning at breakfast the room was small, hard to fit.

We parked our car in an underground parking (public, not managed by the hotel) and though it cost 24,90eur/24h, there was an elevator going straight to the hotel lobby and even floors with rooms. Highly recommend. Also there was a water dispenser with bottles in the lobby (stilled and sparkled, chilled), which we appreciated very much. The breakfast was great too, there were many options for sweet, savory and even vegan.

One of the two elevators was not functioning, so in "rush hours" it took us a little bit longer to get places, but it was just our luck I guess... though you can always take the stairs :)

The room and bathroom were the perfect size! I liked the fact that the room had A/C, a coffee machine with coffee capsules, a comfortable bed perfect for two, strong WiFi, and a nice view of the church. The customer service was top tier and the hotel staff spoke English, which was appreciated. The location of the hotel is also something I found to be great when exploring a new place. Everything I needed was under a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I also noticed the hotel is dog friendly so nice to know if I'm ever in Linz again.

I really don't have anything negative to say. The only thing I didn't like was the body soap in the bathroom.

I feel like the location is really great, amazing ice cream shops are just around the corner and all attractions are within walkable distance. Kapu concert venue is just 5 minutes away. Beds are comfortable, the rooms are rather modern and look good. Breakfasts are rather diverse. The showers are clean, nothing in the room looks dated. Linz itself is a touristic gem.

We had an issue with our stay, but it was resolved and we were given a partial refund. Situations happen, it's important how well they are handled afterwards not the fact that they do.

Overall a pleasant stay. Perfect location in the center of the city. While in a quiet area still close to everything. Functional and modern layout. Reasonable size of room, but limited storage possibilities. Bathroom with shower. Good choice for a short city stay. Paid parking available in a public parking garage with direct access to the hotel.

Minor maintenance issue with the shower. A bit pricey considering that breakfast and parking not included. Parking relatively expensive, with no discount for hotel guests.

Although the room is not very spacious, I find it very comfortable and cozy. Bed is really good, with thick mattress. Room was very clean and wi-fi worked well. I had a room with very nice view of cathedral.

There are two types of pillows, but neither one was good, in my opinion. One was too thick, and the other one too thin. Glass doors on bathroom affects privacy, so if you travel with someone who is not that close with you, it might be inconvenient. My biggest objection is for staff, more precisely communication via Booking prior to my arrival. I wanted to change dates of my arrival and that option was available on website, so I sent request, but didn't get an answer. So I had to send a message again, and they declined my request with explanation how that's not possible and that I have to cancel my reservation and book again. Actual reason was in 5 euros price difference, which they would earn if I do that. I found that kind of miserable.

parking options - the public park has very little flexibility in pricing and if we go in and out in other times than the "special pricing periods" (e.g. nicht from 18h-7h), it adds very fast and almost certainly the daily cost is 20 eur and above. breakfast overpriced but ok. Was more a 12 eur value than 16 eur

The location was great for looking round the city, air conditioning in room was excellent. The hotel bar area is open 24 hours. The prices are cheap. A bottle of wine was €19 which was cheaper than buying a bottle in nearby bars and it was good quality.

The staff member at check in didn’t inform us about the hotel being open 24 hours and that we may have to let ourselves in using our room key if the staff member had to leave reception. He didn’t tell us about how to get a drink in the bar area either.

The room was spacious, very clean, air-conditioning, very comfortable beds, balcony with astonishing view of cathedral. Hotel is in a perfect location, just a step from the cathedral and shopping street. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Free potable water (reusable bottles) at the reception available anytime. Parking in the public underground garage, belonging to the shopping center - lifts directly to the floor/room.

Quite expensive parking fee (25 Eur/day).
