The apartment is quite small, but great. Very well cleaned, nice design, nice big windows, a park and a Hofer store nearby, three minutes walk to Neuer Dom. The bed is very comfortable and there are enough utensils in the kitchen

The washing machine didn't work, we reported the problem, but no one came to fix it. Another problem for me was the "Exit" sign above the door that was on (like a real light bulb) all the time. I prefer to keep the door to the bedroom open, so there are blackout curtains, but there is a light that may disturb your sleep. It might not be a problem to everyone, but for me it was one

I chose this apartment as it was on the main road after exiting the highway, yet close to the city centre. Both the building and the suit are modern. There is a shop (Aldi) nearby. You can park right in front of the building, but have to pay a fee on weekdays during daytime. (No parking garage belongs to the apartment!)

I had to sleep on the couch a couple of hours as our baby didn't sleep well and my wife had to rest. The light of the emergency exit sign was too bright. The bedroom was almost completely filled with the bed and the bassinet. It would have been probably easier to let our baby sleep with us in the bed.

It was all our fault, but we just thought to google “lime house” for the location, not realizing there were several different , and distant, properties with “lime house” units. So it was problematic finding ours until we phoned the # provided by booking. It was great for me to be able to choose English and then get very competent and friendly help by phone direct us to the location where we needed to be.

The location was convenient with supermarket Hofer a few steps away, very good Italian restaurant and cafés. The flat had everything it needed for a short stay for a couple. There was a lovely welcome gift for the guests. Appreciated also the coffee and tea. The communication with the customer support was also very easy - the Tv remote didn’t work and we had it replaced the day after.

The only downside was the loud street below. When closing the window it was not so noisy but one of the two windows was probably not isolating very well.

The suite looks like in the photos. It is super modern and it was perfectly clean. It is very easy to get into the building and into the room. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is big and the kitchen has everything: nespresso, oven, fridge and dishwasher.

There was a double bed and there was electric outlet only in one side; therefore I could not charge my phone there and I had to plug it in the kitchen

Great apartment to stay in Linz. The location is great, with walkable access to the city center and the main railway station. There is a store next to the place and all the needed supplementals are in the apartment

Quite small shower cabin in the big bathroom. For me it was uncomfortable to take a shower in such a limited place. I believe that something bigger fits this bathroom better.

Overall ok. Quality of the bed 🛌 good. Good heating 👌. If you want to sleep with open windows you may consider the road noise.

No staff at all. All electronics. Help yourself and learn. The bathroom size is huge compared to the living area. Around 30% of the space is the bathroom. Check out is 11h00 so you cannot get into the room after that time.... no parking

Works all great with the codes. No keys needed, can't forget to leave them :D. The place was totally new. The amenities were super, the kitchen well equipped! The bath room spacious. The living room is a little cramped with a kitchenette, the large bed, an arm chair and a small table with two chairs. The Hofer supermarket is just 30m away to get fresh bread and all you groceries. Location is fine - it's just behind the old cathedral and 10 min from the action.

I am just worried if one day the internet does not work, then nothing works ... Suggestion: please leave more than two detergent capsules for the dishwasher; maybe about one per day? The apartment we had was facing the street - the windows close really well to keep the noise out, but I can imagine that during summer it will be too noisy to keep a window open (at night).

the parking indicated in the description didn’t work on Sunday and we parked in another parking nearby. It was free on Sunday evening but then we had to pay 2€ per hour as of 8am on Monday
