The facility is good - Spa and pool are amazing, weekday - yoga retreat session was good.

One of the reasons that I chose this hotel was to enjoy the halfboard. Tried to make a reservation before, but they said that I can do it on site. But when I tried to do it at the day, they said that its already full. Very disappointing. And they do not have any kettle or basic tea amenities in the room. (Although they will bring one for you if you ask, also you can get the teas in Spa area, however comparing to the price we paid, it was not expected).

Don’t sleep on this hotel - it is pretty and has an amazing spa facilities. The restaurant was great too - big shout out to the hard working servers and kitchen staff. Food (especially dinners) was great for the halfboard option (lots of pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan options).

The entire front desk staff / management needs to learn how to be friendlier and lose their attitude. It’s a hospitality business after all, and there are many other hotels out there to choose from. Other than that everything was pretty great.

it’s a rather big Hotel, so you might find yourself ending up in your room to find a real quiet spot. we were there during a real heat wave. Rooms are well isolated, though no Airconditioning. moreover sleeping with open windows was hard as the Hotel is near a busy street and next door was a big construction side (building apartments) that started making noise 7am every day… so although the hotel and staff was fantastic, we returned home pretty exhausted due to lack of sleep.

The room was beautiful. Large, immaculate, very quiet and always warm. The bed so comfortable. The spa was fabulous though outside jacuzzi not hot enough by any means. And it was always very busy so not so peaceful. The location of the hotel is great.

Average breakfast, very unfriendly lady making the omelettes and freshly poached eggs. Coffee average. Yogurts and cereals excellent. Hot food on breakfast selection really poor quality and mushrooms / tomatoes raw each day. The signage around the hotel is very confusing. Hard to work out access to and from ski room, spa etc. Never anyone serving in the bar area so it’s difficult to get a drink. Really dark bar area too as if they don’t really want anyone around it. They operate the hotel using skeleton staffing. You rarely see any staff so if you have any questions, you have to go to reception. I lost my room key and was charged €5 to replace it.

The hotel location was perfect because it is not right in town but in walking distance. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was very attentive and sweet.

THE BED! The mattress was painfully hard, even after the sweet attempt to add a topper. Very difficult to enjoy our stay without any sleep. For the quality of this hotel, the bedding (polyester/ cotton sheets, poor quality pillows) and the towel quality was very disappointing. This is intended as a constructive criticism because we would return for a better bed ;-)

first and foremost a massive thanks to Jan for making our stay a memorable one for all the right reasons. the bed was very comfy and the suite was spacious . the facilities including the spa were first class. the breakfast buffet was well stocked and the time we ate in the evening the food was delicious and very well presented. the wine “cellar” was well stocked with some excellent wines (not necessarily expensive either)

I didn’t like being next to the lift. it was very noisy all of the time. I would have preferred not to be in the ground floor but there you go.

Our room was a 'charm' room which had a lovely contemporary bath looking out onto the balcony, just what we needed after a day on the slopes. Food at Hotel Elizabeth is just fantastic. we opted for breakfast and evening meal. You keep the same table for the duration of your stay which I really liked. Each morning, you choose what you want to that day's evening meal, very efficient. We didn't' ski on one day and having the spa facilities made up for that. Some serous investment has been made in that region, enough to embarrass a Champneys spa day for sure!

Tea and coffee making in the room would have been perfect. I can't think of anything we didn't like.

The accommodation was really great, clean and beautiful room, nice staff, greetings Dávid and Viki🇸🇰🤍. We enjoyed our stay, there was a misunderstanding on the part of the reception before arrival, so they compensated for the mistake by upgrading the room upon arrival, which was amazing. The restaurant surprised us, we read the praise from the guests before our arrival, but we tasted the truly exceptional food for ourselves! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Amazing facilities and great value for money

The staff weren’t always super helpful as different staff were in charge of different bits - for example we had an issue with our dinner one night, and both the restaurant and reception told us to take it up with the other one

My second time at this hotel - got upgraded to the suite, absolutely fabulous. The bathroom with the giant tub and terrace access was out of this world. The swimming area/natural pond across the street is stunning! We felt like we didn't have enough time to make use of all the amenities and will certainly be back.

The food was very tasty, although I do wish that the focus was a bit more on regional products and local dishes. We loved the Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen and would like to see more of that :) this is me being uber critical tho, all in all our dinners were fabulous and the service was great.
