Pleasant and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment, fully equipped, in traditional Tyrolian style and hospitality. Nice balcony with view, quiet environment, but only 5 minutes walk to Mayrhofen mainstreet and cable car. Free tickets to the village in- & outdoor swimming pool & sauna were included. Morning bread-rolls service was very convenient, plenty parking space. We arrived quite early and were very pleased to be allowed in the apartment (after early morning flight and short night sleep, great!). Our stay was very enjoyable!

Steps away from the Penkenbahn lift & the Main Street yet in a very quiet and lovely location. Spotlessly clean room with great catering facilities and lovely bathroom with plenty of towels and hot water. The room was really warm and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Not much sound proofing, which means when guests are rolling into their rooms from bars/clubs between 11pm - 4am there’s not much chance of a peaceful night. would be fabulous if the managers could set some ‘house rules’ regarding noise after 11pm or something..?!?

We were given the perfect location. Our room balcony faced Finkenberg and the mountains ahead and the weather was just amazing. We had completely equipped kitchen to cook and a nice clean room to stay. Perfect place to stay in Mayrhofen

I usually like beds that stay flat after lying down. Although comfy, I had a little issue with the depression in bed after lying down.

The location was perfect for us. Just a short walk via a pathway to the Penkenbahn ski lift and only a short walk to a large Spar to grab some food for our stay. Room was really comfortable! We also arrived early and were able to check in early which was a big help!

Unfortunately we had some kit stolen from the ski and boot room which does have a key code for access but the staff at Apart Austria were very helpful and refunded the cost of hire. I would maybe suggest CCTV in this room to discourage this happening again.

A superb apartment and very conveniently located beside the Penkenbahn which was a short walk away. The staff were lovely, very kind and accommodating and Suzanne was most helpful to us when we were trying to arrange our transfer back to the airport. Its the little things that matter. Our apartment was very spacious and suited our needs and the shower always had piping hot water and great pressure which is fantastic to ease tired and weary bones! I would recommend it to others and I would go back.

The studio apartment was very comfy and clean and had plenty of space for 2 of us as a base for skiing. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the Penkenbahn, Ahornbahn and all the shops, cafés and restaurants on Mayrhofen high street. Susan gave us a friendly warm welcome and we enjoyed the sauna and used our kitchenette for breakfast and some evening meals. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back next time!

The kitchen was missing a couple of useful items like a corkscrew and wooden spoon. It would be great to have a separate bin in the room for recycling.

The location was perfect for skiing with both the main ski lifts a stone's throw away and bus links for the main train/ bus station nearby. The self catering apartment was handy for small meals and keeping drinks cool. The health suite downstairs was just what the doctor ordered after a long day on the slopes!

The place could be doing with some updating, a few fixtures and fittings didn't work/ or were loose (light switches, shower head, door handles etc)

Place in the city (not in crowded street). All you need to cook is in the kitchen. Good value for money.

Lighting is not even. Somewhere cold white, somewhere warm white.

Lovely little hotel, really good spot, lovely staff. Strongly recommend for someone who wants to have a quick weekend stay (or longer), we went during summer.
