What a fabulous hotel. We absolutely loved everyone who worked there, Sam at breakfast was amazing and the owners were so friendly, kind and accommodating. It’s a 10 minute walk to town and the free shuttle bus (3) runs frequently as well the hotel shuttle in the morning / afternoon. The rooms were comfortable and clean with everything you can need. I am vegan and they went above and beyond to make sure I was catered for. We will definitely come back as it was such a gorgeous family vibe. We got to know all the others guests and the New Year’s Eve party was fantastic! Another huge bonus is the use of the depot in town so you don’t need to carry skis and boots to/ from the hotel each day.
Nothing. I wish there was a hot tub but that is personal preference rather than detracting from the amazing hotel!

Breakfast is grate, the Room is stylish and nice. The interiors of public zones are Great. Hotel has their own transfers, which is great, very nice and helpful personnel.
The only inconvenience is evening time: I'm not sure if dinner in the restaurant is as great as price, and there are no other restaurants nearby (St Anton is under 20 minutes of walk downhill, and have a lot of options, but you will not want to spend 20 min for that after skiing, and go uphill after). The last ability to return conveniently from St Anton to the hotel is at 7pm on public bus (pls check this info - I'm not sure if I remember the schedule right). or walk uphill, or expensive taxi. But anyway it is solvable.

Breakfast was excellent, Sam and her team were friendly and brilliant. Hotel owners were present and friendly: we enjoyed the New Year’s Eve dinner (food was reasonable but wine, house cocktails and service was excellent). Especially loved the ceramics and pottery made by the owner! I would have bought them!
tea/coffee and snacks available in the lounge in the apres period would be lovely. A hot tub would be excellent outside the sauna room with some warm drinks. We would have loved a bath in our room!

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights. There is parking garage for aprox. 10 cars, but if you cannot fit in there is extra parking nearby. Breakfast was wonderful, great selection and lovely chit-chats from the staff. The hotel itself is very stylish. Rooms are spacious. While our stay we got a summer card which included a lot of free or discounted activities in the area.
A bit more lighting in the room (especially entrance area) would be a plus. Hotel is not located in the city centre, but a short 10 minute walk from it. Not a big deal, maybe just take it into account if that is important to you. Parking in the garage is rather tricky (not a lot of room to manoeuvre), so if you are not confident, choose an extra parking outside. We arrived a bit ill, so in this case a kettle in the room would be nice to make some tea.

Breakfast was a feast of choices. Great bread and cooked options with plentiful amounts of fruit, yogurt, oats, cheese and meats, as well as health juices and freshly squeezed (DIY) orange juice. This was all overseen by the charming Sam who also runs a tight ship. Everything was explained and nothing was too much trouble. Cooked items appeared with amazing speed.
I would have preferred a hotel location closer to the centre but the in-house shuttle was very helpful in overcoming this issue during the ski commute times, and there is also a free public bus service.

I highly recommend Hotel Lux Alpinae for a wonderful stay in San Anton. The rooms were nice and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day on the slopes. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The shuttle service to the ski resort was convenient, and the ski room at the Ski rent shop, near the lift made accessing the slopes easy. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting San Anton.
The only thing missing was a jacuzzi or pool in the wellness area, but apart from that, the wellness area has both dry sauna and wet sauna and a relaxing pleasant area.

This hotel is owned and managed by a family, and it has a very cosy, easy going and comfortable atmosphere, with good music and comfortable chairs. The breakfast included artisan breads, cereals, cold cuts, and freeze squeezed juices. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every respect. The dinners were both tasty and good value.
No coffee maker in the room (though easy to get coffee downstairs). No hot tub or pool. The location of the hotel is a bit of a walk to get into town (but that actually turned out to be good for getting a few more steps in during the day).

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was great: the accommodation itself, the breakfast, the staff (Sam, Barbara and Max were fabulous!). The location was great too, while not at the center of the city, it’s a drop away + with hotel transfer, we were at the ski lifts in 5 minutes. We loved everything about it. The owner also does the ceramics herself which you then use during breakfast. A nice touch! You can feel that everything was made with love. We would warmly recommend this place.

The hotel had a wonderful, welcoming staff and friendly ambiance that created laughter and light conversation amongst guests. They provided transport to/from the lift (in addition to the public bus that stopped just up the hill), and access to a well-located depot for ski and boot storage near the lift so I didn't have to lug my gear around. Check in and check out was simple and fast. Beautiful view of the hill from my room, and a comfy sofa to lounge on after a challenging day on the slopes. My son, who is working the season in the area, was warmly welcomed by the staff and joined me for breakfast. I look forward to staying here again.

We have been welcomed like royals! Blue, our Great Dane, was greeted with lot of joy and kindness. The room is simply spectacular! Very particular, with a big and stunning bathroom (with view to the room that can be concealed), the bed was really relaxing and you have all what you need and more. The breakfast was tasty and with lot of variety of fruit, cakes/croissants, ham, cheese, etc. Definitely worth staying! We will come back for a longer trip and enjoy the hotel and the surrounding mountains.
Noting, all was perfect!
