The hotel location is great, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable.

We paid for private parking in the hotel's garage. The entrance is very narrow - manageable to enter and exit but quite uncomfortable. This would have been still fine. What was really upsetting is that we did not receive instructions on what to do when leaving the garage - we expected the garage door to open up automatically but it didn't. I called the reception a few times but they did not answer (this happened around midday). I ended up leaving the car, going up to the hotel, looking for personnel, until luckily I found a helpful lady (arranging the breakfast) and she came to open the door. No instructions and nobody available via phone is so unprofessional...

The staff were amazing. From the guy who greeted us and helped us with all our questions and recommendations. And the lady who helped us with the coffee and other million questions we had. They both deserve a pay rise! :)

It's really hard to say what I didn't like because the staff really won my heart :) And more than what I didn't like is what you have to be aware of and is really not a big deal. For example, if you book several rooms and you want them to be next to each other, it really depends on the style of the rooms you book. So you might want to find out first if that is a must. And the second thing was the garage. Next time I come with the van, I will just park outside. There is nothing wrong with the garage, but getting in and out with a large vehicle can be a challenge. But they inform every guest in advance. Believe them! :) They are trustworthy.

Very clean, new room, regular check ups, spacious, really good and simple to use AC, location is phenomenal, self check-in available, staff is really attentive, they speak fluent english as well, so great communication. Very safe hotel, requires code to enter at night for extra protection. Metro station is within walking distance, so are shops and food options.

Breakfast buffet was not impressive, deserts were store bought, dry, although fruits, juices were fresh. Bread was a bit dry. Although toasts were a great option instead. Some glasses/cups were not washed as thoroughly. Pillows on the bed were not the most comfortable.

We had a comfortable 2-night stay in this modern B&B. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The hotel is across Stadthalle, a big event center. The location is not very close to the center as others noted, but public transportation is closeby. We liked the modern bathroom. Staff was helpful.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft, had to request spare ones to make it higher. Amenities are basic, no luggage rack, no wardrobe (only hangers), no kettle, no hair conditioner etc. The area is quiet, except when there is a concert or party right across the hotel at the Stadthalle! So on our second night on Friday there was an event going on, and through the all-glass facade of Stadthalle we could see from our room (a lot of) people crammed inside, drinking and dancing to the (probably) very loud music, but we could hear very little of it. Good sound insulation both in the Stadthalle and the hotel, I guess. So, despite all this, I can still say we did not have an uncomfortable stay.

Air-conditioning in the room was great for these hot days. The location was great - a mall nearby, public transport stops in walking distance (can get to the train station and the city centre without much trouble and the main attraction on this side of the city). The rooms were nice, quite clean, towels were changed often (or as you wished). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future.

There are not many places to put your clothes to. Also, I would have loved to have a small fridge to keep some drinks cold in there. Thankfully, the tap water is drinkable and very good. It came as a bit of a surprise that luggage storage was possible, but we couldn't have accessed it between the hours 12pm-5pm as there wouldn't have been anyone at the reception (on Sunday). Luckily, we were able to store our 3 luggages at the train station luggage storage locker (Westbahnhof).

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, very good location, good restaurants nearby, close to public transportation.

We arrived in the morning and wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel. The girl working at the reception that morning had a very bad attitude. I asked if it’s possible to leave the luggage, she didn’t even ask my name or checked the reservation in the system which makes me believe anyone could come in and leave/take luggage. Also when i asked her to wait 5minutes for me to take something out of the suitcase, she rolled her eyes at me. The rest of the staff was great, the other girl we saw at the reception was very nice and friendly.

Great value hotel perfect for a city break, a little bit out of the centre means its fairly quiet and its well serviced by Public Transport. It is walkable to the museum district (30-40mins). Very friendly staff, we didnt book breakfast but the dining area looked nice. The lack of room key in favour of a pass code was new to me, but soon got used to it, Out of hours access felt safe and secure.

Nothing to complain about in this good value hotel, Drinks facilities in the room would have been nice but at least they can be purchased from the reception.

Location is perfect if you are coming for a concert in Wiener Stadthalle (litteraly less than 100m of a walking distance). Rooms are clean, comfortable, warm and soundproofed enough for a good night sleep. Breakfast is pretty much same as breakfasts in other hotels so I have no complains. Exit from the garage can be tricky for an inexperienced driver but I had no trouble with it whatsoever (and I drive SUV so it shouldn't be a problem with a smaller car). Check in and check out is fast and you can do it yourself. All things considered, great experience!

Very good value for money hotel with nice staff. The location is great, especially for events in the Stadthalle, which is right across the street. The centre is a short metro ride away and the airport is also easily reachable if you take the Vienna Airport Lines bus to Westbahnhoff. The rooms are very neat, comfortable and quiet. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't pay for it.

The carpet in my room needs a good washing. A vending machine for late night/early morning snacks, coffee and refreshments would be nice, as the reception where one could get such things has staff 8 AM - 10 PM.

I loved how close the hotel was from the metro station making it really easy to get anywhere in Vienna! I loved how clean the hotel was and the staff was really nice and helpful. You can self checkin and self checkout at this hotel, which is really nice! The room is big enough and the bathroom as well. The hot water comes instantly even though we were located on the third floor. The heating was good as well, after a frosty day outside the warmth was much needed. Also, I don't know what mattresses they use, but I swear they are amazing! I've slept like a baby the whole stay!! The breakfast is phenomenal! You can choose from a lot of options and you'll definitely not leave the hotel hungry. The parking is really good as well and for winter is perfect as it is located underground so there is no need to defrost your car if it's snowing.

I would've loved to have at least one small wardrobe in the room, but maybe it's just me.
