A comfortable bed and a very quiet room

A large bed in a small room with 6 ins to get around to the dressing table and the other side of the bed. Didn't like the fact that the shower didn't have a door. It seems now that due to Covid hotels are now taking advantage to only clean rooms and changing towels every three days even when you pay £125 per night without breakfast.

The location was great for arriving from airport but location wise we didn't spend anytime in the area. We walked to museum quarter and started our day from there. We enjoyed the bar in the evening. All the staff were very welcoming except one male who just wanted to be on his phone. The breakfast was a great start to the day and enjoyed a few coffees

We missed having an actual reception and didn't understand the room cleaning system. We stayed Monday to Friday and room only got cleaned on Thursday. We didn't like not having kettle facilities in room and felt it was a huge inconvenience having facilities on level 3

We absolutely love the Ruby Marie Hotel in Vienna and always look forward to returning. The hotel perfectly blends modern design with comfort, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, bright, and cozy, with a standout feature – the Marshall speakers in the room, which were a great touch for enjoying music with high-quality sound. The location is also ideal – quiet, yet central, and with great public transport connections. I very much enjoyed the healthy breakfast. The hotel - nevertheless quite big - very quiet. The staff - friendly, the vibe - modern. There is a workspace & a small library, where you can pour yourself a cup of tea anytime & for free - important thing during Viennese winter.

The area around the sink should have been cleaned better before welcoming the guest, and glasses preferably washed. I only hope that this happened because my original room had issues with electronic lock. Otherwise hmmm...

the room was super clean and very modern. it was also possible to refuse cleaning of the room and instead get a free drink which i very much liked. amd the location was amazing, literally 1 minute from an Ubahn station and less than 5 from the train station

it was only possible to do a self service check in and the room number was printed on the room key which you needed in the elevator to acces certain floors, as a solo traveler i did not like it that other people in the elevator could see my room number. there was also no telephone in the room so it was not possible to easily call the reception in case of an emergency. staff was not that friendly, any time i asked something they made me feel like it was a burden

I really enjoyed the very central location, close to everything you might need – restaurants, shopping, subway etc. The staff was always very welcoming and accomodating when I requested to leave my luggage and then also asked for a late checkout. No problem at all. The room itself was super spacious, of course very clean and everything was great. A lovely stay! I'll definitely come back :)

I was a little confused by the check-in and check-out process at first, but the staff was happy to help! Other than that – nothing to complain!

There is nothing in the room, no bathrobe, no slippers, teapot, checkers, glasses, tea, water, coffee, nothing! Why a balcony if you can’t even make yourself tea. Instead, there are two large audio speakers in the room.. in the middle of the room there is a washbasin .. in front of the shower in which there is no door. The hotel is modern, but the layout of the rooms and the lack of everything necessary to stay in the room.. I will not come there again.

- The hotel was comfortable and in a great location. - Breakfast was amazing, and is served between 7 to 10:30 on weekdays, which also fits people like myself, who arrived for work. - The bed was super comfortable!

Just some tiny issues: - The room wasn't comfortable enough to work with a laptop, so one should always look for other public spaces like the working area or the bar. - The room should have been cleaned daily, but it didn't. Sometimes, during cleaning, they only made up the bed again (but didn't notice that there wasn't any toilet paper/soap ran out/ etc.) - no shower cup in the room (also, they do not sell it anywhere at the hotel, so I found myself walking around the city after my meetings searching for one).

The hotel has great location very close to Stadthalle or for shopping on Maria Hilfer Strasse.Opposite the hotel is a parking with discounted price which is great.The terrace for breakfast is great in summer and the hotel bar is really nice.The breakfast is rich and coffee is done freshly on bar so high quality.I recommend this hotel for couples,not really families.The staff is also very helpful and extremely friendly.

Very strong air conditioning,especially when the hotel claims as “green” and eco friendly.Otherwise everything was great.

I stayed at Ruby Marie Hotel in Vienna for 3 nights for my first solo travel trip. As a young female travelling to a new country, I was very nervous but staying at such a fabulous hotel made me feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. I cannot recommend Ruby Marie Hotel enough! The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean- you get lots of toiletries included and also a large tv and amps in the room which is a cool touch! The bar is modern but vintage at the same time. Just bear in mind the hotel is entirely cashless so make sure you take a card as well as euros if you want to use the bar. The staff were friendly and welcoming and always willing to help - also spoke English and German so really helpful for travellers. I will definitely be returning and will also make sure to use Ruby hotels when travelling elsewhere also! Thank you Ruby Marie for an AMAZING stay. I will recommend to everyone.

Just the hotel was cashless so I couldn’t use the bar as I only bought cash - but this isn’t a negative just something I didn’t get to do!
