There wasn't a thing I didn't like

With a warm welcome, the gentleman at the reception completed the procedures quickly. He also offered information about the city and ideal places to visit and eat. Thank you very much, Iranian man! A code is used to enter the hotel after a certain time in the evening, there is no reception. We stayed in the Junior Suite room. The beds and sofa were comfortable. Air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, bathtub, hair dryer were working smoothly. There is a wardrobe, television, table, chairs, bedside tables and a trash can. The bathroom was clean and had the necessary supplies. There is an attendant for breakfast and he helps you show you the place in the morning. P/P ratio is good. Ms. Şebnem was very hospitable and helped us in our local language by giving information not only about the hotel but also the city. Many thanks to her. There are bars and restaurants around the hotel. The location is not in the middle of the city. 5 minutes walking distance to the tram. You can reach the center by going 2 stops. It works throughout the night. There is a huge market at the same distance. (Billa) It has two smoothly working elevators for a maximum of two people. It has a small garden, ideal for breathing. The door is not electronic and a key is used. Having a bathtub was very enjoyable! A safe, satisfying, easily accessible place suitable for families

On the last day, the sink in our room was clogged, but we didn't mind since we were about to leave. Also, on the last day, our new towels were left, but the old ones were not taken.

Basic but comfortable and clean room with excellent breakfast. Bathroom of a good size where everything was set to be practical. No noise from the street. Very nice staff.

Walls and doors of the room were so thin that I could hear litteraly everything that was happening in the next room, coughing, water running, people walking around in their socks. Not to mention all the sounds from the hallway. I was really happy that surrounding guests were not "wild" young people that would party or something like that, as that would be impossible to bear. I understand that for improvements of this you would need serious constructual works and investments, but I hope some day you'll do it.

Our staying was relatively calm nobody disturbed us if we did not ask cleaning the room was not touched. The parking was crowded but our attention was raised before out arriving that most probably parking places are not enough for all guests. The solution was perfect to take our car to one of the "park&ride" place nearby the hotel. (two metro stations). The location of the hotel perfect everything is reachible by using the public transportation.

Booking did not raise our attention that one of our booked room does not contain breakfast so we had to arrange it each and every morning.

The property is clean and located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of public transport, cafes, restaurants and a Billa grocery store. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a no-frills hotel and a bit dated, but it is good value in Vienna for the location.

The elevators are not available to use after 10pm, so if you will be out in the evenings be prepared to climb the stairs when you return. Also, we visited on particularly hot days and the air conditioning was not able to keep the room as cool as we would have liked. However these are small details and overall the hotel met our needs!

Spacious room and bath that filled up quickly. Very helpful reception and dining staff. Breakfast excellent. You can walk into Vienna via canal and nearest U-b two minutes walk away. Had table and chairs.

No hot drinks facilities in room. Reading lights by bed inadequate. Could have done with a non slip mat for shower.

Staff are all friendly, especially Doris and the guy with a braces, forgot his name..😁.. Kitchen staff are nice as well when we're having breakfast. The location is very close to underground station and trams. There are also nice restaurants, supermarket, church and shops close to the hotel. So, it's so convenient to everything. I would be coming back and happy to recommend to friends and family..🥰

The very early morning delivery, I think it's 4 am when the delivery comes..it's so noisy and it wakes us up because the windows were open. It's a bit hot that's why we have to open the window..

The staff were nice. The place was clean. The location was also good - just near the canal, so it was pleasant to walk along it on the way to the centre and back.

The room was really minimalist - there was only a bottle of water with two tiny IKEA glasses. The kettle looked like it was broken. It would have been nice to have some tea mugs and some tea bags in the room. The garden is not really a garden where you can sit and relax. The price for breakfast is really high at €15. I'm not much of a breakfast person, so I didn't feel like paying that much for a coffee and croissant.

Friendly and helpful, with a great location just two minutes' walk from the metro and ample café and restaurant options. Didn't require the breakfast option, but it looked good.

Our room was on the eighth (top) floor and the lifts are slow, but that was just the luck of the draw. There was a kettle and some tea/coffee pouches, but oddly no mugs or cups...? I'm sure they would have been supplied if we'd asked, but seems a strange oversight. The room is basic, with some features looking rather tired - old blind, tied to the window (so you couldn't have the window open during the night without allowing light to stream in once it was morning) and a strange arrangement with the shower curtain hanging loosely from the shower rail, plus half a sliding shower door. But the above did not spoil our stay - just offering constructive feedback.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The location of the hotel is very close to a tram stop, and in a few minutes, it takes you to part of Vienna's historical sites. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Breakfast at the hotel was a buffet with a wide variety of items to choose from. Well worth it.

We had an electricity power problem in our room, as soon as we plugged on the little fridge, the power tripped. The staff helped immediately and also scheduled to have a technician to check it out.
