Excellent location, not touristy but very close to center (15 minutes walk to Stephanplatz). Great food options on nearby Karmeliten market! Rooms are simple but spacious and very clean. This is a great hotel if you just need to sleep/rest/take a shower and head out! If you are looking for pampering experience (spa, elegant lounge, gym etc) this might not be the right choice:)

I was really worried about negative comments regarding the fact that there is no AC, however our room was perfectly cool and breezy with open windows (5th floor) eventhough the outside temperature was 30 degrees.

I was traveling with my parents and we booked a whole room with 4 beds which was very convenient for us, also, the elevator made our life way easier. The room was clean and met our requirements. There was also a guest room on the ground floor where we could make some tea. There were a lot of young visitors in the hotel, so the whole place looked energetic and my parents also enjoyed the liveliness of the whole environment. The breakfast was also nice and decent. The location was also relatively good in the sense that the tram, bus, and metro could be reached by foot in less than 5-7 minutes, but Vienna is a big city, so no location can be counted as perfect.

The room was exactly like the pictures : clean , heated, with towels and amenities . Close to the city centar, and couple of minutes to the U4 / U2 line. The staff is very nice, friendly, helped us to order a taxi to the airport in the morning. I will visit this hotel again.

If I were alone, I would not have liked the neighborhood, as it is very quiet in the evenings. The walls were quite thin and you can hear your neigboors at night, and the pillows were bad.

The facilities were fine, room size ok, bed and shower all good. I pretty much got what I was expecting. Parking was close (in the courtyard 10 meters away) and safe albeit a bit expensive..

My only negative was the whole credit card usage even for a bottle of water or a coke, but I suppose this is a generational complaint. Oh I didn't like the pillow, it was a piece of polyester and I missed a real pillow, but bed and blanket were comfortable.

This has it all: great location, neat facilities, good environment and transportation, and an overall nice ambiance. The best was having a kitchen and washing machine available. I would love to come back.

The rooms didn't have AC, but a fan was available, during a hot summer this could have been problematic, but opening the window solved the issue. There weren't any outdoor areas in the facilities, a small patio or outdoor chairs would have been great.

Very good location ... 10min walk to the city centre and around 5-7 min to nearest underground station and Riverside with lot of great pubs restaurants in the evening Niec pizzeria just around the corner... It the nighttime quite and safe area around

Breakfast very very simple but maybe that's the standards in Austria so next time I would booked without. Single bed for 3rd person very uncomfortable - in my opinion I pay full amount for 3 people everyone should have a comfy bed

It offers good value for money, especially with Vienna's prices. The bed was comfortable and has a fine location, just a 20 min walk from the city centre. On a special note, I would like to thank Elena, a staff member from the reception, for her assistance and professionalism. I wish there were more thoughtful employees like Elena.

The breakfast buffet is too basic, monotonous, and simple.

The location was very good (almost 1,3 klm from Stephan's Platz). The U Bahn is also very close to the hotel. The room was comfortable and our request for a quiet room was completely satisfied. It is also located on a very quiet street. Even when there existed cars on the street, there was no noise inside the room. The hotel staff was also very kind and helpful.

The room didn't have a fridge ( we didn't mind, since we visited Vienna on October). The mattresses of beds were also a little soft. We felt like we sank into them.

We had an excellent stay here. Our room was a bit small, but very clean, with a great view, on top floor. It was very quiet and we were provided with toiletries and towels. The bed was very comfortable! We also used the kitchen which was a superb bonus! The location is good too, not too far from city center (20 min walk). The staff were incredibly kind and friendly.

The hotel is situated in a new building in the old jewish neighbourhood of Vienna. The hotel is not inside the city center but is close enough. We did walk to the city center. We also did walk to the Prater from the hotel. The other day we rented street bicycles - there is a nextbike rental stand nearby. The hotel does have a backyard with a nice parking (paid of course) Quiet The queen-sized bed was comfortable. The sofa-bed - not so much. There is a nice shared kitchen on the ground floor.
