This is very nicely located! You are just a few blocks away from the Rathaus. If you like to go walking (like me), this is a great place. Places of interest (museums, Advent Markt, Belvedere, etc) are not super far from here. Some of the places you can go walking to as they're very close (like Freud Museum, the Rathaus). If you want to go to Mariahilfer Strasse area, Staatsoper, you can take a tram and within a few minutes you'll be there. Not so close from the Hauptbahnhof, but you can either take the tram or subway to there. Very safe region, many places to go and see, plus many subway/tram stations nearby. The room was clean and the bathroom, really great. The room was small, but well, if you are travelling to Vienna (where there's plenty to see) and you just want a place to rest your bones and a nice and clean bathroom, this is the place you'd need to stay :)

I understand that prices have risen everywhere post-pandemic, but the hotel manager should understand that in this hotel no breakfast is served, so the price shouldn't be very high. Especially for solo travellers.

The hotel is located in a very strategic position if you just want to walk toward the city centre (approx 20 mnt - depending on where you want to go) and well connected with the public transport. The cost is very reasonable compared to the position and the services. Laundry was changed everyday with new towels, there was shampoo and shower gel, as well as the hairdryer.

If they’d offer also breakfast would be perfect, nothing else to say.

I already visited this hotel and my experience made me choose it once again! Great location, friendly stuff, privacy, simplicity and fair price. One of the positive aspects as well is that you're connected to the reception via WhatsApp in case of need.

My back hurts from the mattress, maybe it is too soft or maybe it is just my preferences. Also it seems like they have some problem with canalization because of the smell coming oit of the toilet whenever you flush. Also the walls are super thin and in the morning you get awaken by other people on the hallway or in other rooms. Anyway that is just a minor problem for such fair price.

Room is very small but clean & tidy, appreciated the clean white bed sheets & towels. The check in is smooth, the information provided by the hotel to get the keys (no receptionist after 1700) is accurate.

The hotel has given me wrong info of taking 13A bus at Central station to hotel on a Friday evening around 20:00. The bus stop midway and I have to walk around 30 mins with baggage to the hotel. Not sure if it's Fri, the road is closed for cars. Hotel location a bit far from city and sightseeing places, 30 mins walk but there are buses and trams close by. My room is next to the main road with cars & trams pass by, a bit noisy if I leave the window open. A small wardrobe equipped but only ONE hanger provided.

The check-in of the room is at 3pm according to the regulations of this hostel. I asked beforehand to check-in earlier, an answer came that it might not be possible, I was sad ofc, as my arrival to Vienna was early morning, and by the time I got to the hostel at 12pm, I was drained and tired. The receptionist said that he would check and if the room was ready, I could check-in. Fortunately, I checked in earlier at 12pm, and could take a rest. He was very supportive and swift to respond to my queries through their WhatsApp channel. The room was clean, had the minimum that is required for a short stay. I have nothing to complain. For an expensive city as is Vienna, this hostel had a fair price-quality balance. I liked the staff, very polite people.

It was a wonderful Xmas days in this lovely country. The hotel's location was very convenient and practical, near the city's main sights, which I could reach by walking. The room was cleaned and tidy every day. What I liked most, was that the inside of the hotel and rooms were very warm and coysy. The staff was very polite, friendly and responded, always ready to help and give the information. I would highly recommend choosing this accommodation for the holidays.

I would recommend putting the small fridge, kettle and cups to make a coffee and tea in the room.

The room is small and simple, but comfortable. It’s very easy to access the city center by bus or even on foot. The area is safe at night and has many good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The staff are kind and allowed me to check in earlier, which really helped me.

The reception is only open from 12 to 5 pm, so if you have any problems outside these hours, you probably won’t receive assistance (fortunately, it wasn’t my case). The shower had a lot of mold. The automatic lights in the stairwell don’t work very well, so be prepared to be in the dark for a while.

Nice, clean room in an excellent location in Vienna. Simple. but has everything you need. There are lots of charming cafés and restaurants in the area, the city centre is in walking distance (or else there's public transport right at the door step). The gentleman at the reception was very courteous and kindly helped me with my luggage as I had a few heavy bags on my hands.

It can get a bit hot inside the room during summer, but that's of course more of a general issue in Vienna

I can't say that there is something to like there ; it's a totally common accomodation hardly to rate at three stars ,a bad and a bathroom in one of those old buildings in Vienna ;

I haven't heard of a three star hotel which has only 5 working hours at the front desk ; for example there is sattelite tv with a receiver and I literally couldn't ask anybody how to start the tv so I couldn't watch the tv,at least the news ; it is under nio circumstances worth 60 Euro/night which is what I paid ;

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is not very far away from the centre of the city and transport in Vienna is really top. Combination of metro line 3 and tram 5 or bus 13A works perfectly.

Though the room was very tiny, it was very clean and comfortable. I would suggest to add some hooks in the bathroom for pending the towels
