The staff was nice. The room was well furnished, even if I needed a desk to work and the one I had was a bit small. The position is nice: close to Stadpark and to the train station for the airport and for the city centre, which is 15 min walk far, by the way. Plus, there is also the city mall in the station close by. The breakfast was wonderful as well as dinner, the food was really good. I feel to recommend this hotel.

The price was really high (more than 200€ per night), I know in Wien these are the costs, but I still think that it was too much for the offered services. There was a flyer for the TV channels, and most of the channels didn't have the signals (I tried the English and Italian channels, which didn't work at all and for the German ones, I think most of them worked). The carpet was not properly cleaned, in my opinion.

The location was very good with easy access to city centre whilst located in the delightfull little alley way which was quiet and safe. The staff were very pleasent and helpfull particulaly at reception .Our room was spacious and overlooked a garden. The bathroom was very clean .The food was good there was a good choice for breakfast . The evening meals were delicious too.We would recommend this hotel.

We were shown where breakfast was to be served in the Atrium which was pleasant but a rather small room. There was a large party of Japanese tourists who virtually took over all of the tables and were talking very loudly and making it difficult to hear what either the staff or ourselves were saying .On one day the staff said it would be difficult to find us a table but no one told us that we could have eaten in the restaurant next door to the Atrium. On the day that we left we saw other guests eating in the restaurant. The Atrium opened onto a garden terrace eating area which I am sure would be vey nice in the warmer months.

The hotel’s location near the city center is very convenient. The toiletries provided were complete, which was a nice touch. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, except for the bartender, who fell short of expectations. A standout feature was the complimentary room upgrade, which included free drinks and a fully stocked mini-bar—definitely a pleasant bonus. Overall, it’s a good option with a mix of positives and minor drawbacks, especially if location and perks are priorities.

Although the furniture and shower are dated, they remain functional. The bathroom and sink had clogging issues, likely due to the age of the facilities.

Great facilities- all that we needed for our short stay to celebrate 30years marriage. Loved the long passageway to access, quite unusual with lovely welcoming feel. Really easy walk into city centre.

Our visit coincided with pride festival - would definitely avoid this next time…..mostly not a good experience being in and around the area as the parades passed. Got to witness drunken & quite often inappropriate street behaviours, loads of litter from street binge drinking (around Stadtpark (not far from hotel). Seemed out of character with well deserved image of Vienna being very clean, well behaved, litter free city. Morning after Vienna city cleaners had done an amazing job to clear up mess left by festival but this experience did cause some disappointment during our stay.

Although the hotel is not in the old part of the city or the normal tourist areas it is only a short walk from all the sites and restaurants. Because of its location it is nice and quiet. Our room had a view over the central avenue which was nice and also gave us the sounds and evening ambiance. Breakfast offered a vast selection of hot and cold options. It did get a little chaotic at busy times. It was possible to eat outside when the weather permitted.

The a/c in the room did not cool the room below "warm". We could not fault the hotel for anything else.

The staff was very polite and pleasant, the breakfast was delicious with wide selection. The room was very clean and spacious. We really loved that in our room the restroom and the bathroom were separated. The only thing that bugged me was the location of the actual shower in the room - even though the bathroom was very spacious, the shower was located next to the "slopping" wall, and since I am a tall person, showering was not that convenient (our room was located on the last (roof) floor). Otherwise, everything was excellent, and I will definitely stay here next time when visiting Vienna. A lot of shops and restaurants and metro stations are just around the corner, just like the old city center, parks, etc.

The hotel has a nice athonsphere, breakfast was great. It has a parking possibilty for 23 eur/day. Wheck-out is until 12 which was good.

The suit(on the 3rd floor) we stayed in was cold when we checked in at 3 pm, the heating was not on. It has a A/C heating and it is not so comfortable but got better at the end. We were 4 people but only 2 got 2 pillows each, the other 2 only 1 each and each pillow was in a very bad condition(in a 4* hotel!). There is nothing to put on cloths, etc in the bedroom except a cupboard. They should put in a chair or hook, anything would help as there is lots of space. There is no plug at all on one site of the bed, Our suit was very dark, its ok if the windows are small but than they should put in more good lights! Overall they could do much better for a 4* hotel!!

I really liked the ambience overall, the hotel is situated in a small alley surrounded by historic buildings and next to a green inner courtyard. This makes it very quiet, which is unusual when staying in the city centre; the airport train station is a 6 minute walk away. The building itself is historical and gives this vibe, while the rooms are well renovated, very clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is on a terrace reaching into the small park and a very good restaurant with traditional Austrian dishes is in the same alley.

The room is big enough, quiet, stylish and cozy. The staff are really helpful - I made three different bookings for colleagues and myself which had to be amended several times becasue of flight delays, change of number of people in the room, etc. - and every time I got proper attendance and service. The hotel is close to the center and in a nice neighborhood where you can shop, eat and relax. The restaurant is very nice, food is good, waiters are friendly, the bar works late!:)

You should really push the door of the room hard to lock itself:)

We arrived early but could immediately use one of our rooms. Friendly receptionist speaking French. Very original location, with an entire old alley converted to a modern hotel and beautifully decorated, really a quiet haven in a busy city. Not in the old center of Vienna, but very near to tram and underground.

We had two rooms on the third floor meaning we had to climb stairs to reach them (elevators go to second floor). Breakfast restaurant was very crowded with only one fresh coffee machine (pre-made coffee was however available easily).
