Excellent location, couple of minutes to metro,bus,tram station, same to restaurants,try food at Beim Czaak and ice-cream and sausages nearby!Transfer to Bratislava as well minutes to go!Simply perfect!

The room was very clean and quiet with a floor length mirror and plenty of storage and loads of plug sockets. There was enough shower gel/ shampoo for a 6 night stay. The bathroom gleamed with cleanliness. The single beds were comfortable. The reception staff were helpful, and the breakfast was splendid: fruity and natural yogurt, tinned and fresh fruit, 6 different types of bread, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber,red peppers , boiled egg, egg mayonnaise, different dips, jams and cereals The hotel is very close to the underground network. The hotel was extremely good value for money.

I loved everything about the hotel. I did wonder if the small lift might mean I had to wait for it, but it arrived immediately I called it every time over a 6 night stay: we never had to wait.

The lady who works at the breakfasf kitchen is incredibly kind and warm person. All credits to her. I liked the location as well. Room was ok- no complains.

I haven’t realised that I would get a room on the 6th and the shower on the 5th floor. But maybe I should have been a better reader and should have found out abt it before ordering the place.

Great value for a lovely room, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. This was 1 min walk from the subway, a block away from grocery stores, around the corner from a post office, souvenir shops and many restaurants.

The carpet in our room should be removed.

Location is on the edge of the old centre, with Ubahn nearby. We had a nice spacious standard room, with balcony (room 7-20), which was a bonus since it was the only one in the hotel. Simple but effective layout of room and cupboards. Comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was amazing! The lady who looked after this was very good at the job and took great care looking after the guests. People at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. You don't come across this kind of service often.

There was no kettle for coffee/tea in the room, but we also weren't expecting it at this price level. Overall extremely good value for money if booked well in advance as we did!

I loved my stay and would highly recommend the place. I was a single traveller and my room was on the smaller side but this did not bother me as everything was clean and comfortable (room had a lovely smell). Even the hairdryer was top quality. Its an old building (I mean it is in the old town - great location) but everything is well kept. My highlight was the friendliness of the staff (reception and breakfast), I felt so welcome and taken care off. Great advice on things to do and the layout of the city. All very helpful and warm. Tea/coffee service at a small extra cost from reception up to 10pm. Included breakfast was well stocked too with class Vienese breakfast items.

The Pension honestly exceeded my expectations, especially the location was just perfect: right next to the metro station, and 5-7 minutes walk from the centre (Stephansdom and other sights). Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, comfy and full of light.

All 5 days of our stay breakfast was absolutely the same, would suggest to change it up a bit (like add some pastry, sausages, other forms of eggs) at least during the week. There was no kettle in the room, you need to go the reception every time you want hot water for tea, plus tea bags were additional price :(

Really happy with this budget hotel it was very clean and warm. The location was great, right in the city centre with tram bus and underground links just a couple of minutes away. We used their shuttle to go to and from airport.All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good with cheeses, meats salad and assortment of bread and cake great start to the day. Nice comfy bed and good shower. Overall great value.

Lots of cigarette smokers outside the front entrance and some standing just in the doorway for shelter which wasn't pleasant but not really the hotels' fault.

The staff was over the top, always smiling, and helping with the right recommendations, especially Cecilia from the breakfast who even went beyond on worrying about having oat milk for me (lactose intolerant here). The beds were very comfy, and the room was always clean and with a cozy feeling. We sent a few clothes for laundry in the hotel, and they had them ready the same day at a very reasonable price.

The double bed was on a corner, so it was a little bit difficult to move around. There was no enough place to hang on the towels.

The apartment was really good! With lots of space, clean and comfortable. The shower is amazing! The breakfast is good as well, with variety and very tasty! The staff is very polite and helpful, special mention to the kind lady in the breakfast that always received us with a nice smile upon her face!

I missed a minibar and a kettle in the room. When I booked, in the description of the room there was a minibar included, but didn't have.
