Excellent location. Short walk from airport bus stop and underground station. 10-15 minute walk to many of the city’s’ beautiful buildings, museums and shops. Some cafés and restaurants around hotel. Many others within a short distance. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Powerful shower. Good selection of food at breakfast. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

No shelf in shower to hold toiletries. Soundproofing between room corridor not great. A man from the room opposite was walking back and forward in the corridor whilst waiting for his wife. We could hear every footstep on creaking floor.

First time coming to Vienna, and this was a really good place to stay at. The staff were very helpful in making my earlier check-in and check-out possible and sorted a small issue I had with the key card quickly. The hotel is a few steps away from subway/tram lines, and an airport shuttle bus stop, if you're travelling that way. Most of the major attractions like the St. Stephen's Cathedral, the National Opera House, Hofburg Palace, Museums Quarter are all within a very good walking distance as well.

If you're more sensitive to sounds, then it might be a bit of an issue. The hotel is situated in a bar area and while it isn't an issue for a weekday time, weekends get get loud. Also, the hotel room walls are on the thinner side, which means you might hear your neighbours packing their suitcases or people coming in late in the night.

This has been one of the best hotels in Europe! The room is clean and spacey enough for everything, your luggage, your clothes and accessories - everything has a space to be stored for easy reach. The shower is very neat and exceptionally neat. Location is very comfortable in the Innerstadt. Everything in the tourist eye is within reach of a walking distance. Breakfast is a continental set, which has all types of foods one might need in the morning. The best part is the staff - 24/7 reception desk has the most caring and respectful men who are happy to help with any detail you asl.

The room was very smart with plenty of space for our belongings and storage for our cases. The beds were really comfortable and we really liked the single quilts. It was easy to operate the radiators and there is air conditioning for a summer visit. We asked for extra pillows and had them delivered to our room within minutes.

The shower cubicle is small but actually sufficient and was easy to use. It would have been perfect if there was a rack to place our bits and pieces on in the shower so we didn't have to bend down to the tray which wasn't easy. Having said that, there was hair and shower gel in a bottle at shoulder level.

Fantastic location, easy to reach from U1, near lots of restaurants and a nice stroll to the main sights. Nice, clean, modern rooms and a good breakfast.

I have stayed in lots of different hotels and this hotel must have the thinnest walls I’ve ever known! People either side of me were just talking normally, they weren’t being loud at all, but it sounded like they were in the room with me! The phone in my room kept making a clicking sound. I had to get up multiple times in the night to place the phone back on. The bath towels were so small and thin I didn’t even attempt to wrap it around me. But when I asked for a second towel for my hair, the receptionist brought this up to me quickly.

Very close to all attractions. Beds really comfy. Breakfast more than adequate.Quiet hotel.Friendly staff.

Only 1 pillow. Back facing window. Couldn't even tell if it was sunny or not. Net Curtains and tv stained with possibly food? Nice feature of underbed lighting however only 1 side worked this just highlighted the need for between and under the beds to be cleaned.Kettle in room would be good.

My room was very small, but clean. As a woman travelling on my own, I appreciated the reception being manned 24-hours. The hotel was very well located in a pretty street. The U-Bahn Schwedenplatz could be reached on foot within 5 minutes, the Stephansplatz within 10 minutes. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby.

Due to the pubs in Marc Aurel Street, windows could not be kept open during the (summer) night. Without the air conditioning on, the room got hot quickly. The doors of the hotel rooms were badly insulated. When guests walked passed the hallway late in the evening, their chatter woke me up a few times.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a short walk from some of the main attractions and the Danube. Breakfast was adequate with a good selection of cold meats, cheeses and bread. Our room was small but perfectly satisfactory. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

The only thing that we didn't like were the pillows which were soft and like cotton wool balls! We are used to something firmer. We asked for a couple more and were provided with more of the same. I guess it couldn't be helped. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location just around the corner from the Ankeruhr Clock. The rooms have street views from the windows as expected in a city. We had two rooms, one double room, which whilst cosy had plenty of storage. The other room was a twin room that offered more floor space again with plenty of storage and a small table with a seating option. The twin room also had more floor space in the bathroom. The rooms do not have tea/coffee facilities. However, there is no shortage of places to get a coffee in this city😉 The hotel serves a lovely Vienniese breakfast, and hot options include scrambled eggs and sausage. There is a lovely selection of cereals, fruit, and yoghurts. If you can manage stairs, I recommend you take them back to your room at least once during your stay. The tile flooring and original features of this beautiful building are worth it. The main part of the hotel is very modern. There is a good choice of bars and restaurants sharing the street with the hotel. It is placed close to the area known as the "bermuda triangle" by locals as the side streets have multiple bars, including the Hard Rock cafe, which tourists after a few drinks can lose themselves in😀. The hotel has great air conditioning, so you can sleep comfortably with the windows closed if you are concerned about street noise, which is always the way in the city. We travelled as a family, our "children" are 22 & 21 years old😂 this hotel gave us all options to enjoy Vienna by day and night. The staff on reception are lovely, friendly, and helpful, always on hand, to answer your queries and point you in the right direction.

I would recommend booking a twin room if you like more floor space. This is a small hotel. Have patience at busy breakfast time as the lift can take its time.

location literally 2 walking minutes from the airport bus and 5 walking minutes from the U station and the center of vienna. Cleanliness. In general the staff are nice specially shahud and haidar at the reception were very welcoming with professional courtesy and hospitable conduct, but not all as i have had a negative experience with one of the receptionist. Breakfast is nice and suitable and the two ladies running the kitchen were very helpful with a smile on their face.

Room size, no amenities, no toiletries except for slippers which is quite inconvenient for the price.
