We’ve stayed several times here through-out the years and it was always impeccable: very clean, very well maintained, beds and pillows very comfortable, stuff very helpful. The Japanese restaurant downstairs is still serving good food and has good service. Parking is offered ( for additional cost), well connected - tram station a short distance on foot from the hotel.

This year was slightly noisier which was kind of annoying. The years before we stayed at various floors ( from 1st to 11th) on various sides of the building and didn’t have any issues, now we got an apartment on 4th floor ( right above the entrance ) which had the bedroom facing the large street and in spite of the location having very good sound proofing and very good windows, it was noisier than ever before. Parking this year was a bit awkward. We reserved a parking spot in advance ( it was always in front of the hotel) but after we paid we were directed to park on the parking lot of the supermarket that is in the building since there were no places available in front of the building.

more cutlery and dishes would be nice, having only one for each person is not comfortable, some coat hanger would be also great (in the corner of the room there was an empty space between window and closet ideal for that), there was one bedside light with missing bulb, otherwise perfect

We were staying in a veeery very beautiful apartment with an amazing view on the city! The entire place is very modern, featuring a smart-home system that left us really impressed. The location is a bit out of the city center, however the tram line ''1'' is in 5-10 min walking distance and it takes 20 min to get to the center. Therefore, we did not find the location problematic. It even has a parking space for which you pay 18€/night. another plus is that you can check-in even in the middle of the night if you'd like.

Very clean and spacious apartment with breathtaking view to Vienna! Good A/C, comfortable beds, blankets and pillows. Blackout jalousee. Kitchen equipment works well, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher. We also had a washing machine in the bathroom. Good soundproof windows. Quiet. Great staff, flexible approach. Two supermarket in the same building- Billa and Hoffer. 10 mins walk to Tram 1 which brings you to the Center (Karlsplatz) for 15-20 mins or to Hauptbshnhoff. Or 5 min walk to bus 15A which brings you to U1 within 15 min. Green park nearby for jogging or walks.

A lovely apartment, perfect for a city break in Vienna. While the location is not directly in the city center, it is well-connected by buses and trams, making it easy to get around. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were very efficient, ensuring a quick and hassle-free check-in process. Additionally, there are two discount stores conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easy to pick up any essentials.

Nice, quite clean apartment, big enough for 4 people, but note that for 2 of them there is a closet bed, not sofa. Well equiped kitchen, although we did not use it. Bathroom was quite big and comfortable, lots of storage possibilities throughout the apartment. Check-in at the reception was very smooth, parking (18 eur/day) right in front of the building. There is a popular japanese restaurant in the building, always full of customers.

The location isn't ideal, if you want to get around the city by public transport (the nearest U-bahn station is a 20 min walk). The apartment felt a bit lab-like, so it's not the best option for long stays, as it would need some cosy finishing touches. Good for short stays. Possibilities for breakfast are available from Mon-Fri (room delivery), but not on the weekends. We didn't like the smell of cigarette smoke which was present in the room from the beginning till the end of our stay, probably the smoke gets around the building through the ventilation and no matter how long we had the windows open, it stayed in the room.

The equipment of the apartment is excellent, you have absolutely everything for a pleasant stay and everything is new. Noise isolation could be better, but it didn't bother us. On the ground floor you have a large store where you can buy everything you need, food/drinks, etc. Parking is paid separately, but the price is affordable

Nothing special to say, maybe that the building looks average from the outside, as an office building. Also the connection of this part of the city by public transport is not very good, but we use car instead, public parking is free at weekends.

The apartment is perfect. Very modern and comfortable. There is plenty of storage for your stuff, as well as a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. TV can rotate so you can choose to watch it from the bed if you want. Everything was clean and comfortable. The good thing is that the supermarket is in the same building so you can get whatever you need. We paid for their private parking 12€ per night and it was easy to get to the city center or Shonbrun. The stuff was also very polite and nice. The elevator is the quickest one I've ever used, and you can only use it with your apartment card.

The room was spacious and bright. The beds were more comfortable that what we have at home. The location was good that there were many buses and trams near by taking us to the city center. Two big supermarkets were right in the building. The in room washer was a big plus too. They were also able to provide a microwave upon request that helped a lot with meal prep.

There were only one light clean (pick up trash) on the 3rd day and one full clean up (change bed sheet and towel) on the 5th day during our 9 nights stay. We would be totally fine without any full cleanup but it would be helpful if the trash could be collected more frequently. Or if additional trash bags can be provided, we would be happy to bring the trash to designated place.

All was clean,fresh and nice. Very comfortable with good location. Apartaments is very close to Zoo what was our purpose for staying in Vienna
