The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bathroom is spacious. Staff are available on the first floor. Easy access to the apartment with a code. Paid parking is available in the garage below the apartments. There is a playroom on the fifth floor. The breakfast food and drinks are delicious.

The apartment is far from the city center, but public transport is easily accessible, and you can reach the city center in 30 minutes. Parking is only paid; there is no free parking. Breakfast is provided in a restaurant not located in the apartment building. The breakfast selection is not wide. Access to the internet is difficult, and the internet itself is slow.

We felt welcomed the moment we entered the lobby, free cofee everywhere! Great job! We will come again!

The hotel staff is very friendly and professional! The check in/check out was easy and without any stress. We were totally delighted with the new and stylish design, as well as the breakfast - which has acceded our expectations! This hotel is a total match and I would say a wow-effect for us :)) It's my highest recommendation, because for us it was a unique experience even though it's not our first time in Vienna. Beautiful apartments, helpful staff, and very comfortable beds (even the sleeping sofa, probably the most comfy sleeping sofa I’ve tried)!

Our AC was broken, so it didn’t blow any cold air… Which was very warm with 6 people sleeping there together.

It is more difficult to get to the center with the transport from the hotel. However, it is not impossible :)

The apartment is very big and it’s nice. We enjoyed our stay here. There was a mixup with our booking but the staff was nice and helped us fix it and get the right room.

We didn’t find any market open in the evening around us so the location was a bit of an inconvenience for us. But we should’ve looked it up before so our fault here. The apartment is pretty empty and the bathroom could use some improvements. I think it’s the Dutch style but there is not much decor around, feels pretty cold. The price for breakfast is bigger than advertised and it is not worth it. I know it’s not provided by the hotel, it’s a restaurant but we don’t recommend it. The plates were pretty empty, cups and mugs were not replaced after people were taking them and it was not much food to choose between.

They forget to send me the code despite i had dropped my luggage at reciption at 10 Am and reception told me that the code will be sent to me at 3pm but tell 6 pm I didn’t receive the code. After I went to reciption they sent me the code Also they told me if i need extra towel or soap go to laundry room with my room code but the code not work and I obliged to go to reciption and they sent it to room

This property is in an excellent location, right in front of the Tram station, which makes it easy to get to the city center and Wien middling. The S-Bahn station is also within a 5-minute walk. The staff at the property were friendly and efficient. We took a family loft for a stay and our kids enjoyed the duplex room with toys included. The small play area on the property was also exciting for the kids. The property was quite modernly equipped with a very functional kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely recommend the property to any family visiting Vienna. We wouldn't look further for a stay if we are visiting Vianna another time.

The breakfast is at a restaurant close by. The breakfast buffet was fine but expensive for the spread. The staff there were also friendly. Skipping the buffet is a good idea because of the price. A phone in the room to contact reception is a must which was missing. No housekeeping during the stay is bad. As the road is right in front of the property, it can get noisy sometimes in the room.

The apartment was very clean. It is very spacious (the four of us made ourselves comfortable) and equipped with modern furniture and appliances. The bathroom was large (maybe even too large). The metro line was not too far away (approximately 10 minutes walking) - considering the size of Vienna and the lack of parking space in the city center, it is recommended to use public transportation. The view from the room was not spectacular, but the street was not noisy during the night. In short: we felt comfortable and secure. There were public parking spaces available in front of the apartments. Hint: parking in public spaces is free in Vienna during the holidays - don't waste your money on private garages during your city breaks.

The Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment didn't work well (or we didn't know how to make coffee by using it).

The apartment is very clean and beautiful. Everything is just like in the pictures. It is very spacious and suitable for 4 people.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the metro station, and there is a tram stop right in front of the building, though the tram route is quite long. Overall, reaching any landmark requires at least two transfers and about 40 minutes of travel. The door locks automatically (you need to close it firmly), and it unlocks with a code provided upon arrival. However, we found the room unlocked twice (the door was left open). Initially, we thought it was our mistake, but the second time, we saw the cleaning staff leave the door open after entering, which we find very irresponsible and unsafe.
