The room was big, clean, with great AC. There was an ironing machine and also a hair dryer. The breakfast was amazing and huge, from fruits to salads and everything you would need. Paid underground parking with 20€ per 24h.

The staff was strange at the check-in, the guy with the curly hair acted superior, like he was giving me the room for free and warned us that there is a big fine if we "destroy" the room and asked for my credit card information to be written on a paper. This was unnecessary. Also, in the 3 days I stayed there, the room was not cleaned even once, we were left without toilet paper and shower gels from the first night.

The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was also okay. I liked that there were toiletries. But the best thing was the breakfast! Awesome variety of food, fruits and drinks (you could add only honey at the station with the tea).

The carpet was worn out, old and dirty. There were stains everywhere. It would’ve been much better if the floor was wooden or tiled even. The curtains were also old and a little upgrade in floor and curtains would increase the value a lot!

Absolutely everything was amazing. Room was clean and beautiful, the staff were very helpful, dining room and breakfast were tasty. I would definitely book here again with somebody. I slept very comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

For me as a solo traveler relying on public transport, getting into the city centre was quite cumbersome. It involved a 10 minute walk to a tram station and getting the S-Bahn, which is fine in daytime but when it got dark I wasn't the most ideal walk for me. Very much a personal, situational thing for me.

The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with many options. Bar open until 23:00. The check-in was quick and straightforward.

No hairdryer in the room. The staff at check-in offered garage rental and claimed there would be no free parking options potentially available in the vicinity. In reality, parking in Vienna is free on weekend.

It was okay overall i only stayed for 1 night. The room was big, compared to a HolidayInn or a Novotel.

the 20€/day charging for car parking. The bathroom cleaness was not the best. It looked fine for 1 glance but the toilet looked like it was never cleaned under the rim.

Location of hotel good, but not so good with traffic conection to the city center- if You want to use public transport , its complicate to catch bus plus 2 undergroung linie

The room was as expected and it was comfortable. It was great that we can enjoy the sauna after a long day of strolling around the city. The beds are comfy however it would be nice if the comforters were wider than the bed.

It would be nice if we would also get a new bottle of water upon room clean request. It would also be better if there are written rules for the sauna, some guests are not aware of basic rules such as jewelleries shouldn’t be worn inside and slippers are supposed to be left outside the sauna.

It was a great hotel - wonderful friendly staff that went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were very accomodating and helped us to find a parking space for the campervan for the night too as the car park is below ground. Really useful ammentities in the room too and lots of space. Shower nice and powerful and hot. We didn;t try breakfast but the hotel did offer it for an additional fee. Also there was a garden area that was great and very useful with a dog. Not a long walk from the park and Weinerberg - also a lake there to swim if it's hot. Close by to petrol station and McDonalds too. Vinenna as always is worth it.

The carpet in the room was very old and dated - this was alright as we had a dog with us but it didn't match the rest of the well presented room (maybe this is the pet room i dont know haha! but worth noting that it was something we noticed as the rest of the room was really nicely done).

The room was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning system worked flawlessly even with the keycard out. The fridge is large enough and you also have a kettle. The room cleaners work until 5pm so there is no problem if you wake up late. The bed was very comfortable and the blinds made the room completely dark. The breakfast was very varied and also had very healthy options. The bar is open at night and has many drinks to choose from. The staff at the reception was very nice and respectful. The underground parking had many parking spots and it accomodated my larger vehicle (Bmw X5 E70). The stay was perfect and we are looking forward to coming back next year :)

The parking ticket machine at the parking entrance had a pretty annoying guardrail that prevented you from getting close to it and pressing the button.

Great hotel with an excellent breakfast - we stayed here a few days around New Years and parked our car in the underground parking lot. The room was a good size, very quiet, great mattresses, good sized bath with a tub. The hotel has a small fitness room with an attached sauna, both of which were in high demand during our stay. Would recommend the place! PS: There is a mall right across the street, with a cinema, supermarket and restaurants. Definitely a plus.

As a heads-up, it is somewhat further away from the city centre - about 30 mins by tram from the Opera. Not a drawback by any means, but something to bear in mind.
