good location, bonus parking at the hotel

for the price of the accommodation, I expected there to be a kit for cosmetics, slippers in the room....

The room was a good size with a balcony and well-equipped. There was a coffee machine in the lobby and an inner backyard where you could sit and enjoy your coffee. The location was good, just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and various shops.

The hotel is in a great location 3 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Its also right next to the main shopping street were locals go, lots of different shops and food outlets and a 20 minute walk to the museum quarter. The hotel was spotless clean, and very quiet, and breakfast was lovely, and a nice selection of hot and cold foods, cereals, fruit, bread and rolls etc. Our room was comfortable clean and the walk in shower was great and the bathroom was spacious. All in our all our stay was good and I would certainly go back to this hotel if we ever went Vienna again.

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

The hotel is in four minutes walking distance from Mariahilfer Straße in a very quiet street. All the interior is well designed and clean. The breakfast is awesome! Breads, cold cuts, cheeses, veggies, scrambled eggs, bacon, wiener, fruits, sweets, juices, etc. The best extra is the bike rental which is absolutely FREE!

99% of the time I don’t give a damn about the TV in a hotel room, but… It’s UEFA EURO 2024! The quality of the broadcast in the hotel is unacceptable. Not just in 2024 but this would have been the case even in the ‘80’s.

Have stayed in this hotel before due to it's great location, very central, where you can go to many restaurants and bars nearby. The street is very calm so you don't hear too much noise at night. The rooms are comfortable!

If you need to go to the Airport, you might have to walk about 15 minutes to the next bus stop/train station that would take you there. If you have heavy suitcases, you might consider calling a taxi from or to a nearby station. It's still doable though if you have lightweight suitcases.

The location is perfect. It is located very near a busy street full of stores, restaurants, street food, cafes and anything else you need. There's also a supermarket near. The metro is also there and you can get it to go anywhere you want. The room was spacious and there was free coffee, tea and chocolate milk at the reception you can get any time. The heating made the room warm and it was clean and nice.

There were two small things that we didn't like though they weren't very annoying. 1. One night the sheets they put on my friend's bed had stains on them, they looked like blood or wine that maybe won't come off. They changed them the next day. 2. There wasn't always someone at the reception and though the woman at the reception the day we checked out was extremely polite and nice, some of the other members of the staff on other days were a little indifferent and not very pleasant or friendly.

The location was very good, just off the main shopping street in Vienna and walking distance to the Museum Quarter. I liked that there was a tea/coffee machine at the reception, so I was able to get a coffee in the morning or herbal tea in the evening. I didn't have a breakfast in the hotel. There was also a seating area in the courtyard and at the reception area. The room and bathroom were both spacious, although no bath. Cleanliness level was good too. I made use of the fridge, which was great for chilling drinks etc. I thought that the sleep mask, pillow spray and earplugs was a nice touch. Overall, nothing special, but fine to stay for a few days.

There was only one TV channel in English showing news non-stop, so not much choice. I think that being on a ground flour can be potentially noisy in the summer, as the main window opens to the courtyard. I asked for a quiet room, but my room was on the ground floor and there was a lots of traffic in the corridor, as hotel guests passed my room to get to their side of the hotel. There was also some noise coming from the room above.

Everything was just excellent. The location is the best! 2 minutes walk from Mariahilferstrasse main part with all the shops possible. It's located very near to line U3 Ziglergasse and also to U4 in just few minutes walk. The hotel was comfortable, with kind and helpful staff who always did their utmost to help and match my needs. The room was great for me, with all that I might have needed. The hotel was quiet just like I wished for and I could rest well at nights before new days of adventures. I'm returning to this hotel for a few years now and from a good reason, it's the best :) thank you for letting me feeling like I come back home every time I visit Vienna.

I'm sorry, but there is nothing bad I could say :) I enjoyed too much to say anything rather than that I had a great time there!

I liked the location of the hotel near Mariahilfenstrasse. Close to the metro, a couple of stops to the center or walk. Bill's store is nearby, there are many cafes and restaurants. the hotel is very comfortable and simple. There is a patio where it’s nice to drink coffee from the machine next to the reception. calm and quiet, good to relax after walking. The room has everything you need. very comfortable mattresses.

everything is fine, maybe add a kettle to the room. although there is an excellent coffee machine in the lobby.

The staff was very accommodating and gave us a quiet twin room. Nice clean room, large enough for my cousin and me to move around easily. We used their 'on site' parking for a fee but it was worth it. This hotel is about 4 blocks from one subway location and 2.5 blocks from another, so convenient for wherever you wish to go. Breakfast was good and not too crowded. We would stay here again.

Wish the parking on site was a little cheaper, but then we realize that this is in the middle of the city and we did not want to park our rental car on the street.
