Simply a very nice place to stay in; comfortable, very pleasant-looking, equipped with everything we needed, quiet (great noise insulation between both apartments and individual rooms) and in a good location (not too central, not too far away, we could walk or take the subway for 2 stations to Stephansdom), with plenty of good restaurants around.

Since we used both the couches for sleeping, we would have liked something like an armchair for just chilling and reading a book. However the courtyard was a great alternative, so really not much of an issue. :)

Stayed with 3 friends The building was lovely with a nice outside space. The apartment itself had everything we needed and the jungle vibe was a great touch. Very modern and clean. Everything was electronically operated from a central portal on the wall and the website provided guidance and useful information about the apartment and location. A bit of a walk to get into where the Christmas markets were, but that was fine for us and was easy enough to get an uber if you don't want the walk. Few nice restaurants in immediate area too.

The pillows were feather and quite flat so struggled to get comfy, but that is probably more of a preference thing.

This Vienna apartment was fantastic! The location is ideal, close to the Prater park, which is also perfect for exploring the city. Checking in was a breeze thanks to the key code entry system, and there were no hassles at all. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious, especially for the price. It's decorated beautifully with modern touches, and all the appliances and furniture seem brand new. This made for a very comfortable and stylish stay. Overall, I can't recommend this apartment enough. It's perfect for anyone looking for a well-located, spacious, and modern place to stay in Vienna.

Maybe the pillows could be more comfortable, but that is a matter of personal taste. Still a matter worth considering.

We loved the interior and furnishing (and plants!). The whole design of the appartment and house was gorgeous. Very clean and cozy! The beds were comfortable and there was no noise from the street.

No anti-allergy pillows, the ones available were only stuffed with down feathers. Next time we will ask for different ones. Also because we were staying during winter month, the heating was up and the humidity in the appartment was very low sometime.

Modern amenities that were new. High tech appliances and interface. Comfortable bed and spotless bathroom that looked brand new. Plants thrown in to make it feel homey

The coffee machine has specific cartridges that the supermarket does not sell. You have to go to the 2 flagship stores to buy direct. Both days we went they weren’t open.

Attractive, ample apartments, well equipped. The plants throughout the hotel and the rooms were beautiful!! The balcony looking into the interior court was beautiful. Staff available if needed and helpful. Great location, near metro station, very quiet street.

2 things: No toaster And the coffee pods were a special square brand and not at any grocery store and we had to buy at special store after asking the friendly staff. I would recommend a standard pod machine.

Very modern and fully equipped with everything you need, extremely clean cozy and warm. The check in process was easy, communication with staff was convenient and friendly. Location is near public transportation to every place in the city. Would stay there again

Urban Jungle Apartments is one of those places where you feel at home. Fully equipped, spacious, with green flowers… Everything was just perfect! And the idea of sustainability was something that really touched us.

I like that the property gives a homey vibe with the plants inside the apartment. The apartment is absolutely clean and will make you feel comfortable after a day's tour. It is also close to public transportation so it's superb!
