Great location in the city center, free parking only for guests, confortable and modern rooms, nice and helpfull employees. The breakfast is not a premium one but just enough to start your day. On the other side the garden, the a la carte food and the BEER /BIR / BERRA / BEREA is fantastic! :)

The underground parking is suitable mostly for small cars. If you have an SUV is better to park in the ground parking near the garden (this parking is also accesible only by guests).

The room was large enough, we did not expect that. The beds were super comfortable. Because we stayed in the hotel in February, we could not complain about the absence of an air conditioner (which may be a problem in summer though). It was really quiet in the room at night with the windows closed despite the pub below open till midnight (again, this may be a problem in summer, especially for those whose who prefer to go to bed early). The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good and tasty, with a lot of options. Finally, the hotel has a nicely styled interior with lots of wooden elements.

Just a couple of minor things. The filling between tiles in the bathroom and toilet seat need replacement. The door to the room could not be closed tight enough so that the noises from the hallway could easily disturb the guests at night or in the evening.

Nice little hotel with a lovely beer garden. It was great to have free parking and the reception staff have arranged for us to be able to check in late, that was very much appreciated.

Breakfast wasn't as good as I expected based on the other reviews. It was nice, but quite limited options and nothing special, really.

I would like to tell you what my daughter said: 'I have never slept in such a comfortable bed.' The parking is nice, the location is in the center of town, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff is kind.

It was a little hot because there was no air conditioner, but the fan was helpful.

I have never been to a hotel more ofthen than this one. It is the best choice in Wels just because it's very clean, the location is central, the breakfast is delicious (you can't ask for more) and the stuff is nice. There is also a restaurant and a big terrace in case you want to eat lunch or dinner there. Always very busy, you need a reservation before you go. 😉

I think they need another person to manage the reception and to serve breakfast. They do both, and I think it's too much for one person.

Easy check-in with helpful parking instructions by email. We had a good night in comfortable beds. The tap water tasted so clean and we had a nice walk at the river Traun not far away from the hotel.

The location is very convenient for attending events at a nearby venue. This was my second stay at this hotel this year. It's easily accessible by car as they offer free parking in an underground garage. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice, clean and comfy.

The only eyebrow-raising moment was at check-in where they have you sign on an e-tablet if your personal data is correct. Their tablet defined my country as Yugoslavia and upon asking the receptionist about it she said it's hard-coded in their system and can't be updated manually. Seriously, it's been 31 years since this change.

The room had everything I needed for a comfy stay. The location is convenient for attending an event at a nearby venue. The free parking garage is a great part of their offer. Since the place is also a restaurant with a nice beer garden I didn't have to look far for lunch options.

The check-in an check-out may get slightly stressful, as the small reception is situated in the middle of the restaurant on the ground floor, with the waitstaff rushing by you and your luggage. The instructions for accessing the parking garage weren't offered upfront but luckily I sent an inquiry (it's accessible from another street and there's a code needed to enter).

Breakfast hours could be a little longer. With the kids, it's often complicated mornings :-) .

My favourite hotel on the way home. I have been there many times already, and, as always, the hotel never fails. The room is comfy, very clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is central. The hotel serves very good traditional food. I truly recommend it.
