This a top class Boutique hotel situated about 10 mins walk from the town centre and ski lift with outstanding views over lake Zell. I stayed here with a party of 4 and mainly chose it as it was for adults only. Luxury is the only way to describe the hotel especially the bedroom which is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. My Both Alex’s who run the hotel were friendly and attentive. The breakfasts are delicious and there was the added option of staying for an evening meal included in the price which was a nice touch. All in all - Outstanding. Would highly recommend.

We had the Deluxe Suite with view for a week and it was absolutely wonderful! The suite is very spacious and very nice designed. The bathroom is big and comfortable. It is a real pleasure to come back in the suit after a cold day outside. We definately recommend to stay here. We advise to use the car because up and down the hill is a bit of a walk. And parking is easy in the centre of Zell am See. Special shoutout to Alex 2 and Mara who really give the breakfast and diner a lovely moment with their enthousiasm!

Anastasia, the owner, is a lovely person, ready always to assist you. The breakfast served its purpose but the view was simply amazing, one of the best you can get in town. Modern design and very clean everywhere with nice scents.

There is no coffee/tea machine in the room nor other way to get one outside the breakfast/dinner opening hours. The restaurant only serves standard dinner, daily decided menu, with no a la carte options (ex Xmas dinner: cauliflower creme soup, mushrooms risotto and chocolate soufflé).

The design of the property is unique, from the moment you enter the building you will come across the smell of the place and they take a good care of the details. We stayed there for three nights, it was a honeymoon trip very nice owners and friendly staff.

as middle eastern people, we somehow can’t live without central AC system, there are those little AC devices that they have in the room. When the weather was warm a bit during the afternoon hours, we turned those devices on and they weren’t that much of an impact. other than that, everything is perfect 100%

Honestly, could not expect more. Everything was just excellent - size and room comfort, service, breakfast and the dinner (which was included), view from our room and from the restaurant. We can not wait to return. The place to be recomended to everyone!

Friendly with a good sense of humour and exceptional service every day, the staff and owners make your stay that little bit special. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast and evening meal was made fresh every day, great value and delicious😋The apartments were exceptional and had beautiful views of the mountains & lake with a nice sauna/spa area to relax in after a tough day on the slopes👌Perfect location in our opinion, close enough to the centre but very peaceful and one of the best hotels in the area by miles. You will not be disappointed and we will be returning again for sure….

Maybe a hot tub would be nice?

I usually criticize, but this hotel left nothing to criticize it. If you’re looking for good treatment and perfect view, this is your best choice. Design is amazing, there is everything you need. Location is pretty good, but you better have a car. Hotel staff are very accommodating and beyond professional. Mr and Mrs.Alex and Alex number 2 are awesome people. It’s a bit pricey, but it definitely worth it.

Loved it all - the room, the staff, the surrounding mountains! Dinner is included at no additional charge, you do pay for beverages (bottle of wine ranged from $40-80 USD). Food was excellent - stay in for dinners! The spa is beautiful, massage was great!

Car centric location, but the views are well worth the walking up/down the hill if you come by train.
