First time in Baku. We chose a hotel near the old city. And we were very pleased. There are many streets with cafes, bars and beautiful parks near the hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel has a beautiful main entrance, reception, spacious floors. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and every day there were different options from national and European cuisine. The food was hot and tasty. Very friendly, nice attentive staff. We spoke English. The staff helped us a lot in all matters. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent and they clean the room every day, put fresh towels in the room, if you need anything else, it is provided within 2 minutes. We highly recommend this hotel.

Most wonderful staff I have met in a hotel. Spent the majority of the evening in the lobby chatting with them. If nothing else, they would be a reason to return to. The room itself is very spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Unfortunately it got really loud due to a storm during the night, but the hotel was not to blame for this. Location of the hotel is perfect. Nizami street is near, as well as bus line 2 towards the Heydar Aliyev Center and the Baku international bus station. The breakfast buffet was incredible.

I will come back to this hotel again. I booked 1 triple room for my family of 5 people. During check-in, they explained that this room would not be comfortable for us and upgraded us to a suite room. Thanks for everything.

This was the hotel I stayed at before. The management changed after the pandemic, but the quality of the hotel and the attention and interest of the staff have not changed at all. They are all very helpful. Also, the cleaning staff cleans your room nicely every day and asks if there is anything missing. There is tea, coffee, a kettle and 2 bottles of water. By the way, the Azerbaijani tea is very good. If it runs out, it is replenished every day. The breakfast is very good, there are many varieties in the open buffet such as pizza, omelet, pie, fruit, etc. This is my first choice every time I come to Baku.

for non vegetarian customer breakfast choice is ok .

Breakfast was not up to standard because when hotel staff knows majority customers are coming from India as well as it demands vegetarian breakfast but there is not much choice. My sincere request to include few Indian vegetarian food will be a great initiative to pool more customer to Hotel. Even few vegetarian local food items will help a lot. One more thing daily almost same items offered during my 4 days stay which is not good. menu Must change on daily basis give more happiness for customer. Also the reception area below a staircase is always gived negative feeling while chekin to a Hotel which hotel MUST look after.

We wanted to stay in a hotel where everything was of a very high standard and we booked this hotel. They welcomed us and placed us in our room. It is almost one of the best hotels in the city in terms of cleanliness and staff. The breakfast looks absolutely beautiful and tastes so good. During the 3 days we stayed here, we met the general manager of the hotel, he was a very kind and smiling person, he helped us to do everything we wanted immediately, he treated all the guests in the hotel on the same level. Although he is the hotel manager in the restaurant every morning, he takes care of the guests and takes care of them. Of course, such a hotel should have such a manager. Thanks again for everything!
