The hotel is located in the center of the city, within walking distance of all restaurants, entertainment centers, seafront, shopping centers and clubs. The view of the hotel is great. The area is very quiet and safe. The rooms are clean and equipped with all necessities. The hotel management and staff are very civilized and hospitable, they help in everything and provide information about everything. Especially Mr. Farzali is very sincere and friendly. He told us all the touristic places to visit and helped us with everything during the vacation. If you need anything, you can tell Farzali without approaching, he is very skilled in the field of hotel hospitality and tourism. Baku is a great place to visit. I will definitely come to this city again and stay at this hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone

The hotel accepts only payment in cash at the desk (Azerbaijani Manat or EUR). They dont accept payment by credit card at the desk, nor paymet by card via Booking.com system. (Even though the Booking.com-confirmation writes the opposite.)

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to all tourist attractions. Farzali, the night reception guy at the hotel, is very friendly and hospitable. He helped me in every way during my stay at the hotel. If I come to Azerbaijan again, I will stay in this hotel again

Excellent hotel. No complaints. Neat and clean rooms. Very close to Nizami street. Old City vibes are exquisite. Staff also very helpful. Lady: Yegana and Male: Farzali host were very friendly.

There is not much to complaint. Only downside is the hotel is on an incline and it’s a little uphill walk when you are tired.

Ok, our stay wasn’t perfect, but we had a very pleasant stay. Excellent location and we had a good sleep. Maybe there were some minor problems, mainly due the fact that this place needs a renovation. But people neglect to consider that reviewing and judging a place, relates to the money paid. You don’t pay this amount of money for a nice place in the old city and then review it as you were staying in Hilton. If you want everything perfect, go and pay for it. For this reason, the Value first Money scale, this place is a 10! Fully recommended!!

The location was just amazing, very close to the gate of icherisehir, so you can easily reach Nizami street. Close to metro station. Close to touristic attractions and boulevard also. The staff was helpful. They knew my arrival time and contacted me at that time while i was at airport. They were super helpful.

First one the facilities were old, especially the bathroom, it has to be renewed. Secondly, my room was near the entrance. So i could easily hear every entrance or exit, every lobby speech. If you are light sleeper, you stay away from the first room :)

I had to walk the stairs to the top floor but had a beautiful view of the Caspian Sea. There was a fridge with a freezer in the room too. The breakfast was simple but satisfactory. The upper glass covered terrace has a nice city view. The staff was kind and helpful.

The location right in the old city core has a great genius loci. The rooms are nice and well equipped but need a little bit of maintenance too. I missed some cozy bedside lamp and could not turn on the TV.

It's right in the heart of the Old City, in a narrow, quiet street. The staff were absolutely lovely and a bit flexible with the check-in time. Receptionist Fərzalı was particularly friendly and welcoming. Beautiful views from the windows. Mine looked out onto the sea, but I believe they also have rooms overlooking the Flame Towers. The room was well equipped with a big wardrobe, a desk with TV, a bedside table, and a chest of drawers.

The shower was missing the sliding door.
