No slippers in the room. Only 3 towels for 2 people. The hotel kindly promised to bring a complementary birthday cake, however brought it on a wrong date and address to a wrong person.

Yasin at the breakfast restaurant is an excellent waiter.

House keeping was reducing the towels day by day

The staff were warm, welcoming, and super helpful. Murad from the bar and lounge showed great care and thought for my daughters and it made my wife very happy. Ilger, our waiter at breakfast, was incredible pleasant and helped make orange juice for me and my daughters... it was a happy memory. The lady that made the omelets at breakfast was brilliant and cooked the eggs whites and veggies to perfection. She loved her job and it made my stay great.

nothing! Everything was fantastic from our room, to the amenities, and last but not least, the staff. We loved every moment of our visit and now have fond memories of our holiday visit to Baku.

Hilton Baku is perfectly located between the city center and boulevard. it offers stunning sea side and city side views. The property is walking distance away from all major attractions of the city.

The staff service was slow. On most of the occasions housekeeping did not answer the call even after two - three attempts.

Our stay at Hilton Baku was fantastic! A special thanks to Javad for seamlessly facilitating our check-in and ensuring we had connected rooms, which made our trip so comfortable. The rooms were spotless, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Very close proximity to the Old town, Maidan Tower, Martrys Park, Palace of the Shirvanshahs and various shopping and dining options. The hotel lives up to the high standards of the Hilton brand. The view from the junior suite was amazing. Their buffet breakfast is sensational, offering a wide spread of both international and local flavours. All in all, the Hilton Baku provides a perfect blend of location and facilities for a remarkable stay right in the heart of Baku.

Everything was perfect. The room size was very big. Breakfast had great variety. We loved our breakfast over there. There was Javad at the reception, he was very courteous, as he obliged us to late checkout. And on day 1 I didnt have the sim so he ordered the bolt ride for me twice. Over all my experience was very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

I was upgraded to a suite which was really very nice - had a beautiful pool, jacuzzi , steam, sauna and hammam

We asked Hilton to arrange a taxi to go to shahdag - driver didn’t know the language and took forever to reach shahdag . A journey of 4-5 hrs took > 9 hours. Driver got lost like 5 times .. this was not expected from Hilton guaranteed taxis.

The location is very convenient, just right in the Prospect. Money exchange is at the hotel, the rate is good. The view from the room at the city is spectacular. For a taxi order we used Balt-app, very convenient

A bit shabby room for the price of 5 star hotel. Some repairment needs to be done. No cotton pads, sticks in the bathroom. the door stopper was missed and there was a hole in the tiles, feeling of a worn furniture. Absolutely uncomfortable hard pillows. At breakfast a small choice: as example, they put 6 pancakes - for such a big audience, it’s nothing, a child also waited for a lifetime a portion of porridge, no local dessert specialties. The staff generally is friendly and helpful but not at all a welcome check in.

We had a small misunderstanding about the check-in time for the room. I'm happy to said, the guest relations manager (Emil) at the hotel contacted us a few minutes after we went up to the room, in order to understand what exactly happened and even made sure that we left satisfied and in good feelings (in bottom linr, this is what is called high service!)
