I had an amazing stay at Midtown Hotel during my visit to Baku in December. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making me feel right at home. A special mention to the operations manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and offered all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. I truly appreciated the outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baku.

Just great!!! A high-class hotel with exceptional service, we enjoyed every moment, the service at the reception was amazing!! You can ask them anything and they help and advise like family!! I would like to thank two people in particular, Nigar at the reception who always smiled and helped us with everything we asked for and Ramazan who gave us advice on which local restaurants to go to, I highly recommend this hotel, all the staff were very kind I just can't remember everyone's names, just great! ! ! On my next visit to Baku this is the hotel!! It should be noted that the spa at the hotel is at a very high level! Thank you very much Danny

we loved the quality of the hôtel, coming from Dubai and originally from France we did not expect such an amazing quality of service as we did not know a lot about Baku. The breakfast is amazing and has a lot of choices europeans and local as well. there is a big gym which allowed me to do my sessions every day and there is also a jacuzi and sauna. The staff is amazing and very helpful we were treated like kings

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Baku and had an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, my room was upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. The reception staff was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service. The hotel's location is ideal, being very close to Nizami Street. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything is kept in perfect condition. The breakfast at the restaurant is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Samir, the best staff member at the restaurant. From the very first day and Ms. Bahar housekeeping she kept our room always clean and nit.

Overall very good experience. Good hotel, good location and spacious rooms. Staff were efficient and courteous and special thanks to Chef Suleyman and Samir who were extremely warm and friendly. Helped us with the food selection and made us feel at home. We had an excellent stay and Baku visit.

While the breakfast was good, there were no options in pure chicken other than chicken salami. No chicken sausages, puffs etc. Many Indians don’t consume beef and the non veg dishes were all in mixed meat / beef. Also prefer a separate platter for any chicken/sea food and not kept with beef.

The hotel was exceptionally hygienic, conveniently located, and featured a wonderful staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. I highly recommend dining at the hotel’s restaurant, especially if you enjoy Italian cuisine (though I would skip the burger 😌). The restaurant team was fantastic, with special thanks to Samir and Fairouza for their outstanding welcoming and service 🙏.

The massage center, rooms, and infrastructure need improvement. The country flags table doesn’t include the flags of Jordan and Palestine, but it does display the Israeli flag, which they shouldn’t. The description for the duplex rooms is inaccurate; it mentions two bedrooms, but in reality, there is one bedroom and a very small single bed in a tiny room. Additionally, the duplex rooms lack an external view.

The hotel looks a bit different from outside. But the rooms and decoration and amazingly beautiful. The breakfast are is big and great! The room dining service is exceptional and the food is very delicious!!! The hotel provided services away and beyond with gym, spa etc… It honestly one of the most wonderful stay in Baku.

Everything was perfect

Amazing staff - we received a very warm welcome and everyone was very nice and helpful every time we needed something. The chef Suleyman was the cherry on the cake as he took extra care of us and Mr Tair gave us even tips for our next destination. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Room was spacious and clean.

Nothing but if you don’t like to walk be aware that the old city is about 25 minutes walk.

We had the best time, best hotel and the best breakfast in Midtown. The staff, waiters specially Samir, Tahir were very friendly, their hospitality to the guests were exceptional. We stayed twice in our stay in Azerbaijan and will definitely guarantee our future stay there .

Little more courtesy at breakfast , little more English speaking waiters would help more
