The hotel is in an excellent location. We arrived very late in the night but the staff were very supportive and sorted out the room very quickly. The family room was very compact but comfortable for a family of 4. Overall a great stay. The location is a walking distance from almost everything you would need to experience Baku Old city. Recommended for family stay.

No hotel parking, however there is a paid parking structure near by. The room was a little noisy as it's right on the main road. Traffic noise is a problem.

This hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in Baku. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors to Baku, as it made my holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10.

Location is very ideal and centerly located and most of the locations are near by at walking distance. Breakfast was good and service found appropriate.

Rooms at the ground floor were not up to.the mark, no sound proofing at ground floor but when we shifted to upper floor those rooms were good and fulfilled the requirement.

beautiful, clean and tidy rooms,nice location 300m distance from Nizami street. the staff team was good including the receptionist, kitchen staff and cleaning staff. quite helpful, most of them English language.

1. the main issue is wiring sockets. there was no 3 mouth sockets to charge our electronic devices. it was a bit annoying as we have to buy the converter separately which was very bad in quality as well. hotel should provide good quality 3 socket in all rooms 2. the elevator/lift was way too small.. hardly manage to fit it with 2 kids. 3. the breakfast menu is very little no variety at all. basic breakfast options only.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Baku & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in Baku and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

Hotel is at exceptional location. You can explore major city attractions while walking. I used yango and bolt for traveling to visit other areas. Both are cheap. Room was good for 1 person. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room service was good.

Should have coffee or tea facility in the room coz of the temperature. There was an odd smell if I kept my room windows open. Rooms are not fully sound proof so expect hearing people taking in the next room or in streets in the middle of night. Room isn't bigger as it seems on the pictures. Need some work on the bathroom accessories. Well for breakfast it was okay but my stomach got disturbed with it so never had the second one. Room fridge wasnt working either.

The hotel is a great find at the center of the city! It is 3 min. walk to the city center of Baku. It is also safe as it is next to the police hall and the friendly patrollers are around mostly everywhere. Passage Hotel also has spa facility, jacuzzi and pool area which you can enjoy for free anytime that you want. The room is worth your money, and is always kept clean and in order. Good breakfast! The staff are also friendly, suggesting stuffs you can do and enjoy in the city. They also offer you good exchange rates for your money to manat. Restaurants, cafés, pubs, supermarkets, and transpo stations are nearby. I love their coffee at the lobby which is available 24 hours a day. They also have a restaurant terrace upstairs where you can enjoy your food or drinks alone or with other guests.

More food options for breakfast and ala carte menu.

The hotel is in prime location. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions in Baku. I booked a duplex setup, it was small but comfortable room with big balcony. Breakfast was great with special jams and cheese which I tasted first time. Reception staff were good at catering our requests, they were kind enough to check on us as we reached late to the property. Especially Mr. Tahir. Hotel has restaurant, spa,massage and juice bar within. It was comfortable stay at passage hotel. I recommend it for solo and family travellers.

Property doesn't have parking facility. Had to park our car in a public parking with daily fee. Property doesn't accept cards- debit or credit. Guests have to pay by cash.( ***Note- every property and few restuarants in Azerbhaijan wants cash alone. Carry cash with you. Atm withdrawal charges are high too!!! )
