Excellent location, nice staff, renovated rooms. On my birthday, gave me wine and made a discount on the extension of the room till night.

The hotel is new, there are minor flaws in the rooms, for example, we did not have a chair and hangers in the wardrobe, but everything was quickly resolved. Sometimes the wifi signal not good.

Location is great, close to lots of restaurants once you know your way around. Friendly guys on reception, and nice breakfast. Great rooftop area with bar. Perfectly nice room. Definitely would stay again.

It’s a newly renovated property, and some things in my room didn’t work., tv wouldn’t function and the safe wouldn’t open but it wasn’t a big problem for me. There is no lift either so six flights to third floor.

Room wasn’t cleaned for two days, after we talked to ladies, they cleaned. Towels were forgotten two times, they were given after we asked for. Wasn’t very big problem

It was a beautiful new hotel in the heart of the Old City Baku. Extremely friendly staff. Tasty omelet for breakfast. We loved the view from the restaurant on top. Very clean, tidy.

The door to the bathroom in room 204 wasn’t closing properly. If you put a certain pressure, it would close but it’s not always comfortable, for example, at night at the pressure comes with the noise and wakes the other person up. Also, the shower not having a glass between the shower itself and the toilet is a very questionable decision. There is a tiny glass between the shower and the sink but no glass near the toilet. I think you should put the glass all around shower which will prevent water spilling on the floor. If you fix these two problems, the room would be perfect otherwise.

There is no door sign allowing to inform the housekeeping service that there is no need for cleaning, meaning one has to wake up to respond to the housekeeping staff in the morning. The bathroom is missing a heater, which means it's constantly humid and the towels will not dry. The walls are a bit thin, meaning that sometimes it gets a little loud.

I do like everything

Great location in the old Citi Center, very close to the promenade and to the Flame Towers. The price was really attractive. It was very clean, the hotle staff was professional and helfull. I also like diversed breakfasts that were served.

The lock in the bathroom was stuck but this was the only incident that was immediately fixed by the hotel staff. Also, during our stay the main observation deck was under renovation, but it's not the hotel's fault, it had to be done anyway - those who come after us will be lucky :)

I’m not a comment writer lover but for Otel Dastan I will write a specially. In first I would like to thanks all the team all the team because my vacation three days it was a best. location is best inside the Old City inside the Old City a lot of Otels but this area is very silent. And personal very kind, especially Mr Anar. Breakfast is a very tasty I do like and these guys coming asking especially you wanna something! On the roof have a beautiful restaurant View is fantastic. Thanks a lot guys! You have made my vacation.

The room is excellent, clean, new, the room design is beautiful as in the picture, The hotel is located in the old city, the location of the hotel is close to tourist attractions, easy to explore the city, I have to mention the staff who welcomed me like Arshad because I checked in late and very late. He helped me to check in very well, polite, good communication and gave me advice during my stay. I want who stay this place meet this staff because you will get a warm welcome, The owner is kind, polite, and helpful when I had a problem with paying by card and everything went well, overall I would recommend this hotel, the service is excellent, If I have a chance again, I will definitely stay here.

Hotel is located in the old city area, taxi cannot reach the hotel , lot of luggage may be inconvenient.
