I do not wish to mince words. This is the best option for those who want to relax and have fun with friends. The hotel management dealt with me and my girl friends professionally. They provided us with privacy. Security was present throughout the night around the chalet. There is a nightclub nearby. Quite good. Guest service was at the level of six stars, smiling and smiling. The reception desk is the icon of this hotel. They are the best ever. The swimming pool was clean and the kitchen had everything you need. I fell in love with this place ♥️

Nothing of note.. This hotel is suitable for conservatives and non-conservatives.. They are great and maintain a high level of quality

This is my second time in this hotel, the staff is very helpful and friendly, we love the room and view The breakfast is delicious It's my second time, and for sure, not the last The best hotel I ever visited in Bahrain One thing only I wish they chang the baby crip.. otherwise everything is 👌 I booked it this time to celebrate my birthday. I wish they arranged something for us or gave me a discount ... I recommend

Breakfast was good. Healthy choices. Took care of puttung ice in my cycling bottles.

The fact that I had announced that we were 2 adults and 1 child (4years), my child would stay for free but there was no sofa bed or extra bed in the room for our child. When asked about they said they good add a bed but would charge for it. They offered me a cot for free. We took the cot, took out the mattress and improvised a bed. Staff was very polite though. House keeping also very polite. Extra towels or extra water was no issue. Front desk staff Amir also assisted very nicely with arranging a taxi for me and another family with 2 bike boxes.

One thing that we faced for the first time ever, we call the room services twice just to charge our devices (phones and ipads) as the electricity brakes for the chargers bluges was down and once we spoke with them they said its a normal practice for safety!! In our first night we have to call the shift manager at the late night (was almost 12 AM) just to operate the electricity bluges. Other than that we were very pleased in our stay.

The view was amazing. The location is great and the staff working there were helpful. Shoutout to the staffs working in receptions. It was a very busy day when I checked-in, but everyone remained professional and kind. Another shout out to the staff in breakfast restaurants: Ibrahim, Michelle and one other guy. They were all helpful and kind

Very accommodating staff, check in was smooth took time waiting for the room, no problem since I had lunch at the restaurant downstairs and I ended up getting a fabulous room facing the sea, they offered me late check out since my flight was later, thank you the two lovely ladies at the restaurant together with Ahmed and Abdou Atef for making me comfortable with the breakfast and meals. The spa has the best masseuse she helped me relieve tension TYSM :)

If the room service doesn’t hear a response from the first ring and it's not an emergency let the guest continue sleeping. They woke me up twice to ask if I needed room service. I got annoyed by that.

Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Bed Is very soft. The sea views were a bonus. Food and beverage prices were fair. Would stay here again:)

Deluxe room beds were two double beds pushed together so you couldn't sleep in the middle of the bed. Didn't really seem like a 5* hotel but for the price was good. Swimming pool didn't look great so didn't use it and went somewhere else for a pool day.

I liked this hotel pretty much, location is perfect, room was large with amazing sea view and very comfortable, swimming pool area was good and relaxing, breakfast was excellent with variety of options. Best of all was the staff begining with Anabi at front desk who was very nice to allow us for early check in the day of arrival around 10 am and also for late check out, Ahmed and Edwin at water front restaurant were very helpful and always with great attitude to serve. Definitely I will come back to this hotel.

Grand Swiss-Belhotel Waterfront Seef is ideally located towards the City Centre, good enough for a quick walk to neighboring attractions. Staff are friendly and facilities are well maintained. Rooms are cozy yet provide a spacious ambience. Overall a good experience.

Breakfast options could be improved.
