It was a lovely stay in one of these apartments with a lake view. The hotel is relatively quiet compared to the noisy Gulshan district. The numerous hotel staff made the stay very pleasant. The restaurant and the quiet open terrace were a pleasure to drink a cappuccino in the afternoon. From the rooftop you have a lovely view of the city and I was also able to use some of the equipment in the gym from time to time. The manager, Mr. Roy, is a very pleasant person and was always in touch when you needed something, be it an airport transfer, etc.

The suite we booked and eventually were given- after first being assigned a delux room- a mix ip that may partly have been the fault of the booking platform- was v comfortable, well furnished and good value. Unfortunately we did not end up with a lake view snd thus did not use the balcony which faced a neighbouring building. The breakfast was v good, we had the french toast snd cheese omelette options with a plate of fruit, coffee etc We also ordered dinner one evening snd the food, delivered to our suite, from a wide ranging a la carte menu was good, of high quality and good value. Laundry rates are also good value. I would suggest the hotel change its posted address as 113 Road does not go through, and Uber, hired car and taxi all got lost, couldnt find the hotel! Post it on Lake Shore Road.

Although it has a quiet and lake side location, this means there is little shopping or other restaurants in the nearby neighbourhood. The small side streets also get traffic gridlocked in the evening - we got out of our hired car one evening snd walked to the hotel!

I like the interior and cleanness. It was exceptional. The modern technology was implemented pretty nicely. Their staff behavior was excellent and professional which we usually expect. The location of the property is also good. You can have a lake view from the balcony. It was the best experience among the hotels I stayed in Gulshan.

The booking assistance was pretty poor. They need to improve it. After having a long journey going through these hassles isn't expected. The receptionist should be able to deliver more info when asked.

They upgraded us for free! And the rooms and ambiance was great, everything was functioning. The silence and the breeze on the balcony (courtesy of the free upgrade was amazing). Check in was smooth, everything was easy, the staff felt welcoming.

There was a mess up with our breakfast, our order was missed somehow which is fine. But instead of making up for it the receptionist told us to "manage somehow for one day". She was the only negative aspect of our stay which was otherwise perfect!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where i had breakfast complimentary.. breakfast was okay and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Its really hard to book this place directly.. food options need to change…

Excellent residential hotel to stay in. I have stayed there 4 times and the best part was they upgraded me to executive suite for free. This is a gem of a hotel. Loved their services. Ambiance is 💯💯

Missed their pools always, the timing is too short till 7pm and worst part is they keep the pool area closed all night. Another bad buzz was their room walls developed damp fungus therefore recommend them to redo the walls if possible.

I liked the room and the view of the lake and trees a lot. The breakfast was great and the views made the stay somewhat worth the money.

The interiors of the lobby had work to be done. Pool fee isn't included in the booking.com reservation which I should've noticed in the facilities area, but imo this should be all inclusive. And regardless of that, the pool shouldn't be 1,000 BDT+ Service charge for just one hour! This was a damper. The restaurant is also closed, so the costs of this low facilities hotel could be much lower. They're probably understaffed and not marketing themselves well.

We arrived at midnight (or very early morning). The airport pick up is great. Hotel representative was waiting us in arrival hall and guide us to taxi driver. Though hotel is not located along the main road but hotel serivce staffs were waiting at where taxi dropped us in order to guide us to the hotel lobby. Breakfasts were great with several selections. Room is clean and big.

The pavement./road in front of the hotel is on construction. In and out hotel might be careful.

Great location. However, my room had no view. Great security, breakfast was excellent, staff were welcoming. Overall, it was good for value.

Very old furniture, kitchen needs renovation, chair needs to replace. It should not be anymore in use as it is not useable. They need to put some cutlery and plates in the kitchen.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. The lovely lady serving us breakfast was very friendly and extremely helpful. She helped us organise an Uber to the airport on our departure. The tv was a good size, the aircon was very efficient. The breakfast was very good

There were no chairs around the pool. It was a lovely rooftop pool but could do with some umbrellas for shade, chairs, and loungers
